Despite it being a cool winter's night, Cold Rock was still a great place to conclude our meal. The view over the illuminated beach pool, to the city with its lights reflecting in the Brisbane River was beautiful and we had no-one else to share it with on the deck outside the store.
Really good ice cream
The men staff was so RUDE and RACIST to us Asian. When I bought the ice cream and asked the prices he has No passion and Unprofessional.
ordered a custom cake from Cold Rock Southbank and it was nice of them to go out of their way to call me the next day asking if I'd like a picture on top! It made for a wonderful surprise for my friend - definitely will order through them again.
The only 2 mix ins that I wanted they didn't have - macadamia nuts and caramel fudge :/ understandable about the nuts, but the caramel fudge should be a stock standard. Did not receive an apology either, very disappointed
