This Medical Centre is very dirty and dated. The bathroom facilities were disgusting and looked like they hadn't been cleaned properly in a long time . When I arrived for my appointment, they had no record of it I proved via my mobile phone call history that I had called the correct medical centre several days prior . The vibe I got from this place was not good from the moment I walked in. I would not recommend this place.

All I can say is that this clinic is terrible. I have never seen such a terrible clinic and doctor. I am here to name the doctor, Pramod Sankpal. I would go so far as to say that he does not deserve to be called a doctorHe doesn't know how to do it. He doesn't do it. He was out to cheat, cheat Medicare, cheat insurance. I went to see the doctor for my back pain, but he wouldn't examine me at all me. I described my symptoms to him and did not respond. I think as a doctor,At least you should ask me where it hurt, how it hurt, what is the situation, and only ask me if you want a sick leave certificate! I had to go to another doctor's appointment right away, and this fake doctor's appointment is not going to happen again. The 5 star reviews are fake ! Dr Pramod Sankpai not only is rude but he wouldn't even listen to me. I'll be making a formal complaint with the Health Ombudsman and Medicare as I believe they're scamming Medicare. My appointment only went for 10mins Max and he gave me a prescription for some medicine I don't need or want.If you sick,do not go here, they seem to treat you like you're not welcome.
Very good Clinic. Dr.Pramod Sankpal is very good Doctor.He took time to understand me and examined me. I had back ache for 3 months. He advised me exercise which solved my back ache. I will recommend him .
The 5 star reviews are fake and by family members. This clinic not only is extremely unprofessionally late, Dr Pramod Sankpai not only is rude but he wouldn't even listen to me. I don't think he is mentally capable of being a Dr. First of all, he didn't even know I was booked in for a double so I spent 5mins arguing with him just to prove I was right. He then realised I was right so didn't apologise, just demanded me to speak about what I wanted help with. Safe to say, I'll be making a formal complaint with the Health Ombudsman and Medicare as I believe they're scamming Medicare. My double appointment only went for 15mins Max and he gave me a prescription for something I don't need or want. I left today with a script for a very dangerous and addictive drug that I don't even need or want, but he couldn't even give me the medical certificate I Needed for my job...If you have a disability, do not go here, they seem to treat you like you're not welcome.
Very professional and polite. I have been seeing doctor pramod sankpal for over 2 months now. He is very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend this centre.
Reliable Medical Centre in Colac, always willing to accomodate for an appointment. Good Doctors specially Dr Parmod very friendly doctor and other staff. Highly Recommended!!
I have no problem with this clinic except for Dr Pramod . He is rood and arrogant . I do not recommend this Dr at all.
I am so over this lot. Never get to see the same dr twice, now with covid don't get to see one at all, they don't even have the decency to call you when they say.
They won't answer phone. Clearly don't want business.
