Coffee used to be good here. Not anymore. Terrible coffee. They charge the same as other coffee shops in the vicinity. Yet they use so little actual coffee to make your coffee that it tastes like drinking milk. Please use a bit more and quality coffee please. Very disappointed.
We were living in Chatswood for a month and stumbled across this gem of a coffee shop about 2 weeks in, it is amazing. The coffee is on point. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make the coffee great. The prices are good and the sample brownies were amazing. Go there, go there now.
Bought a Chai latte today, but before I placed my order, staff was sweeping the floor. After she took my order, she didn't wash/clean her hand, she made the drink straight away. This is very disgusting.
Nice staff and great location. However their food is very inconsistent. Sometimes are amazing, many were not. It could be very salty or very bland, nonetheless it’s fine for me as long as it eatable. The latest experience I had was that their avocado in their chicken wrap were brown and smells very old. I was too far to go back and ask for a replacement but also couldn't bring myself to finish the food. The cause of the color could be oxidation as the their mashed avocado probably left in the box for a long time but the taste and smell were unbearable. I suggest to remove the top oxidized layer and NOT use it as the smell is very overpowering
The quaint little store was unique and attention grabbing, but the coffee was average. It wasn't bad, but i would rather some of the other coffee shops in the area.
Staffs are not kind... Coffee so so... Answer for the owner I don't need your agreement. It's just customer's opinion. It seems like you don't need it and I can't expect better service. Lots of coffee shops in Chatswood. That's it~.
The coffee is good, and also the wrap are nice. All the staff are friendly too
I have been to the Cofi House last Tuesday and it was great. First time customer was treated ever so nicely and professionally by the barista Kate. Exceptional coffee knowledge. Barista took the time to share about her knowledge about coffee as well as they extra time to make a most excellent cup of coffee. Will definitely be back.
Lovely and fast coffee Convenient location to grab a coffee every morning
Hi team, first experience was terrible and lacked logic. Having ordered toast, hot chocolate and a latte to which the first two were received in reasonable time. After about 10 minutes, I was thinking, how could all these people that ordered after me be receiving their coffee before my coffee. Then came the call from the batista, it was my coffee. Great! However, I found that the coffee wasn't even ready why would you call out coffee that is not ready. I was then assured by the staff that my coffee is being made confirming my coffee was called out and it hadn't been made yet. After more new orders being filled, it wasn't until the last of the newer orders and my son and I were the only ones remaining a further 15 minutes later, that it had been very clear, my coffee still hadn't been made despite being assured that it was 15 minutes earlier. By this time a total of 25minutes had passed and I had to take my son to the bus stop. I told the staff to not worry about it at which point they were in the process of making my coffee. @cofihouse, can you explain what happened that morning and what it has to do with COVID-19? UPDATE 9/3/21, I gave a second chance as asked by the owner and thankfully I did not have the same outcome as the previous and the coffee itself was decent. UPDATE 18/3/21, third visit again, did not have the same outcome as the first which I'm happy to say was a one off incident. The coffee is enjoyable.
