Chimichuri Chatswood is a nice place for catching up with friends and having brunch. The atmosphere in the restaurant is relaxed and casual. The service is fast and attentive. I recommend the Sun-Kissed Salmon, a pan-seared salmon that’s fresh and rich in flavor. Squeezing some lemon juice over it, along with cherry tomatoes and various fresh vegetables, makes it feel very refreshing and light. The pomegranate garnish adds a tangy-sweet contrast, bringing out a wonderful balance of flavors. I also love the Scallops & Sunshine as pan-seared scallops that are delicious and juicy, paired with sweet bacon cubes, smooth scrambled eggs, and warm, crispy croissants. It’s a sweet and flavorful combination. The Black Tide Benedict is another favorite, when crispy soft-shell crab paired with perfectly poached eggs topped with flavorful black hollandaise sauce, delicious fish roe, tender spinach, and soft, crispy charcoal buns. It tastes amazing. The Strawberry Matcha is sweet and tangy, and the Raspberry Green Dream, which adds Raspberry Sorbet to the Strawberry Matcha, is even more refreshing with its sweet-tart flavor. I give Chimichuri Chatswood a 5-star review because Chimichuri deserves it.
I would strongly recommend the Tom Yum Seafood Linguine. The prawns were large and fresh, and the squid was perfectly tender!nnAnother standout was the truffle fried chicken burger. Crispy on the outside, incredibly juicy insidennOverall, a delicious meal for three of us. Would happily come back again!!
love their fusion brunch dishes that are aesthetic too! their Tom yum seafood linguin3 is super flavoursome and my fave dish. Must try their instafamous scallops and Sunshine featuring delicious seared scallops on a flakey croissant. Also their sunrise platter is the perfect big brekkie that is very satisfying. Love the open air dining vibes

Great brunch spot! We tried and loved the “Night Sea” linguine and scallops egg coussnt. Drinks were refreshing too. Cozy atmosphere and a nice place to catch up with friends.
