Easy access to G-link for travel on the Gold Coast.

It is not the greatest railway station in the state, but the staff deal well with any delays even hours. Every time I have been here there have been no significant problems. Could do with a bit more choice on the drinks machine.

The lady at the reception was rude and unprofessional towards us. We are both foreigners travelling in Australia. I was really insulted by the way she spoke to us considering Coffs Harbour is a tourist destination. Idk if she has done this to others but I hope the company would pay attention to the people they hire. Just because a person has enough knowledge of how a company works does not mean he/she is equipped to serve people. Right attitude is a must!

Awful service. I never received such a bad treatment using public transport like the one the employee in the station gave me.  I only recommend you to use this station in the case you don't have alternatives and you have enough patient to stand a person who doesn't know the meaning of the words "education" and "respect"

For yet another complaint.....my young adult disabled daughter has again been bullied and left distressed after travelling on Grafton to Coffs Harbour service. Service? There was none!! Autistic but high functioning my girl was having difficulty placing luggage in overhead compartment, when other passengers verbally abused her for holding them up to fond their seats.  Staff on board allowed this to continue, the abuse, for entire journey.....not only are these creton passengers rude and insensitive, but staff are less than professional. WHAT EVER happened to plain common courtesy, and being aware and of assistance for people with disabilities. COUNTRYLINK .... you need to ensure ALL passengers are comfortable, safe and allowed to enjoy their choice of transport....to date you have failed my lovely daughter far too often!!

Nothing special; a fairly normal, basic railway station. It has a ramp for wheeled access, plenty of seats inside & outside, the waiting room has magazines & newspapers and there are vending machines. There's no Wi-Fi or any other luxuries here.

A tiny railway station in a small town with just one employee to handle the operations of this station. Mostly the station is deserted and a mere 4-5  passenger trains halt here in one day. The strange and the most wierd part i noticed here was not a single electrical socket to charge my phone.

From the clean, fresh, well laid out exterior to the friendly and helpful staff ,the whole experience of getting Countrylink train tickets was a pleasure.

How bad is this: Where is Coffs Harbour Train Station? was the question. Answer: Coffs Harbour? Hallo!!! A rating is required for this service, it appears. I really gave it zero.
