Awesome coffee and a pulled pork to die for. You order on a tablet which is weird but it works well. No waiting and trying to get their attention. Long black was well made and came out quickly. I've been looking for a proper pulled pork sandwich for ages since coming to Australia. Super saucy so it drips everywhere and the coleslaw was excellent. Would have put a pic of it but I ate it all so you can see the empty tray instead. Prices were reasonable as well for the sandwich. I'll be coming here again for sure.
Great atmosphere, trendy ordering system with tablets for each table. Speedy and friendly service. Good little space for kids to play. A variety of seating options alfresco, dining tables and chairs, couches with coffee tables. Food was tasty. Coffee with a bit on the bitter side. All in all a really nice spot!
I ordered wagyu Beef Burger!! Taste was nice! The electronic system order using the keyboard was good. The staff was friendly!
Awesome food!!! AND amazing service / prices given the location!!! Had 2 of the burgers, Both great!; + Two of the pizzas All customized and they were happy to do it.. one night they kept the kitchen open just for our group. All the staff were Really nice and the manager is so helpful. Was so good to find somewhere with good food And service around here. Other experiences weren't so great.
Outstanding Customer Service! First off, I must apologize for the delayed review but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to give these guys a virtual pat on the back. Initially my partner and I went into Coffee Rocks to grab a takeaway, but upon entering the arcade and getting a vibe of the atmosphere, we decided to stay. Very chic and tasteful. The staff were spectacular from the getgo. Especially considering the coffee order my partner placed was botched.The girls working were so concerned and did not hesitate to make a new one. The food itself was delicious, very homestyle and not unreasonably priced. Before we left, I ended up buying art off their wall and the girls were so helpful in trying to find the artist for me. Overall, 5/5 service. And this is the first time I can say it for any established dining service in Australia. Fantastic set up. Outstanding staff. Wonderful atmosphere. 5 stars all the way

"Large takeaway bowl" of chips 25min wait and doesn't even feed one person Waste of $8.00!!
If I were able to give it no star, I would. One star is too many already. The waitress served us was kind and knowledgeable but the others didn`t care to answer even when calling repeatedly. The kitchen serving was terrible. For one pizza, it took well 30 mins to be served. Way too long. They must have forgotten my order. The best part was that when I said the order serving time, the cashier lady said : we are busy. Human work, yes there always could a mistake but I expected a bit better answer. Disappointed.
I was let down by this place as its breakfast was average and it didnt live up to its selling point of having craft beer. It did have a couple of offerings but The Deck up the road had more. Sadly it was quite empty most times we walked past it. It has a distinct vibe of not knowing what it actually is. I say become a serious craft beer bar, tweak the food menu to reflect that and put in some nice high top tables along each side of the walls and it will do very well.
We initially had a reasonable meal there with friendly staff but on our return we had a misunderstanding on an order . When querying it , one staff member who seemed in charge was unpleasant and rude. Had it been sensibly dealt with , we would have a returned a few more times during our stay , instead we left unhappy and with a negative impression.
