The saying “ it’s both the destination and the journey that counts “ is so true. Absolutely magnificent experience. From the menu of drinks, the hot oil neck and shoulder massage to the glorious shampoo and head massage. Loved my hair!!!!!!! Thank you Michelle x and your team’s customer service was outstanding. Might have to drive from Brisbane again.

I had such a lovely experience at Cocomousse on Saturday . The online booking was so convenient . Right from entering the salon and receiving a relaxing neck massage then a beautiful shampoo and treatment with a head massage . Spoilt with a drink menu and a beautiful bouncy blowdry for my night out . All the girls are so friendly . I can’t wait to book again
Have reached out on 3 seperate occasions to book in to get my hair trimmed and coloured. First time there was no response at all late last year then reached out again this year twice and have had no correspondence or been able to book an appointment. Bit disappointing
I have had nothing but 5 star experiences each and every time I have visited CocoMousse Hair. The entire team are so friendly and sweet. You receive a complimentary massage before your treatment commences and this just takes your experience to the next level. The colours are always perfect and you will walk out with a celebrity hairstyle. Do yourself and your hair a favour and make a booking. I was quite surprised to see some of the previous feedback as I own the lash and brow salon on the next block, we have many of the same clients and they all rave about their experiences at this salon and I have never heard a negative remark. The clientele of CocoMousse are super fans! In the beauty industry, sadly people can quick to complain and jump straight into negative reviews but the reality is that for every negative review that makes it online, there are hundreds of incredibly happy customers who have a 7 star experience but don't think twice about leaving that feedback online as it's not the norm. So please remember this when you're going through reviews and making judgements on whether to book. You will be sure to have an awesome experience so give these ladies a try if you're on the hunt for a new hair salon. P.S. their toilets are conveniently located where you don't have to go in public to access them. So you can discreetly slink there with your foils in!
Great vibes and atmosphere, one of the best haircuts I’ve had on the coast
This is the most incredible hair salon I have ever been to. They specialise in blondes and every time with out fail when I am out I always get asked, who does my hair? as the blonde is so perfect. I have also had other colours done here and every time it comes out exactly what I ask for and better. The experience is second to none and so friendly. My daughter is constantly asking to go get her hair done too as her experiences are so special.
Great service and very affordable. Very nice atmosphere. Would definitely go back again!
