I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and couldn’t be happier. Good price, good cut, in and out within 30 mins for a cut + fade + wash. Can highly recommend.
Had a hair cut just last week at my usual but did not like the look of my back, thinking to explore a new hairdresser to redo the bottom back of my hair, made a booking with Oscarrecommended by family member hoping to fix the hair style and also change the colour of my hair as well. Spent a few hours there and I regret it, hate my hair even more now. Colour does not even close to the picture that I showed them, a simple request to just cutting the bottom back of my hair, turn out the back look so ugly. Oscar taking more clients than he can handle and gave me away to his staff to do the colour and the cut. What is the point to drive 40 mins to him but getting the colour and cut done by a random person. I should never try to change my hairdresser. Better stick with my usual go-to. Price is not cheap ,with this price I could have more better choices. Never ever go back again.Services: Hair coloring
Worst ever. Dont go. Doesnt know how to cut hair. Noobs. Fu**ed my hair. I never had a haircut this bad in my entire freaking life. This dude doesnt have any idea what hes doing. Disappointed as hell. Just close the store already if you dont have any idea whatsoever.

I will never change hairdresser. Haircut is quick but simply the best I’ve ever had in Melbourne and cheapest!. I’ve tried other, fancier, salons but none really get my hair type like the staff at cocoa. They really make sure that you’re satisfied and feel pretty after the service. Oscar and Jane are super friendly and welcoming. The studio is clean with location ultra close to the good side of Glenferrie Rd. Oscar provided service with utmost customer service and provided good advise about a hairstyle that suits my appearance. Styling was done meticulously and no odd sticks out strain of hair left untrimmed . Amazing price for what you get. A great haircut, amazing service and entertainment in one package. Definately recommend and will comeback. Thanks Oscar and will see you again in 3 weeks time.Service: Hairstyling
Haven’t seen such an unprofessional service, I was almost in tears with Oscar’s rudeness! I walked in and was asked to wait 30 mins which I completely understand. The hairdresser was in extreme rush and pulled my hair several times, when I pointed out-he started complaining about my hair. In mid session, he wanted to do other clients’ hair because apparently, “it will be quicker than mine”, he said, so he wanted me to wait - IN MID SESSION. I have never experienced such an awful service, let it be Sydney, Canberra or Melbourne but I was so disgusted with the customer service here. I had no words, I went quite, didn’t uttered a word and he continued pulling and making faces. He knew I was extremely upset. I recommended this place to many of colleagues at school but not any more.
After seeing a couple of negative reviews, I was sceptical about this place but I had a great experience during my haircut. The whole process was smooth and solace. The guy was super friendly as well. Definitely try it out if you are looking for a decent haircut.Service: Hairstyling
Terrible. I never seen a hairdresser change hair style just by cutting two times in one minute. It is so ridiculous. I am literally shaking and want to cry. Never ever come again.
Haircut for men 25 for cutting with wash 2$ SURCHARGE for paying by card. A bad experience today. Besides, the owner was not careful in serving for customer when he is busy. Not deserved for taking money from other. Dear the owner, please put more responsibility when you are doing in service and receiving the money from others. Some dollarS is not too much, but it is not worth for the way you did. NOT RECOMMEND
