Ok so … I usually head to QVC for my amazing brow clean up however, as my fav person is no longer there such a heartbreak as it took me years to find someone!, I thought why not give this brow boutique a shot as they do threading most places still do waxing yikes!!!. Amen! I’m seriously so so happy - they booked me in with this lovely woman, Pam, who asked me immediately, ‘what are you looking for exactly?’ I explained what I wanted and NOT wanted and she seriously got it! In less than 15 mins, my brows looked like they should have their own beauty spread mentioned in VOGUE and … I even had my upper lip cleaned up, all in the 15 mins! No ouch, no redness, no pain just beautiful smooth Aloe Vera cooling skin! Thank you Pam see you soon.Services: Eyebrow threading
Used to come here for years and booked after returning to the city. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. They lady didn’t consult me on my shape and immediately began, leaving me to assume she was using previous notes about my brow shape. Unfortunately that was not the case and my final result was brows only a few mms thick and a different/flatter shape they were quite thick beforehand. Honestly I’m shocked that the tech would remove so much of my eyebrows without checking that was what I was seeking. Will never be returning or recommending.
Robbed in broad daylight!! $55 for threading and tint is robbery!!! Not only was I told it was a 15 minute wait for threading at 2.55pm I then waited till 3.30pm before having them done The girl was lovely who did it but was constantly getting the approval of the receptionist for what she needed to do I felt like she was training Having had threading and tint done else where for 5+ years and paying no more than $20 for both this was a ripoff I should have asked the price beforehand because I would never have paid such an exorbitant amount
They do a great job adjusting brow shape and tint to lifestyle ie I prefer a more natural look. Their staff are universally friendly and are always running on time.
I used to come for a long time but can’t help but notice how they’ve been going downhill. I’m not coming back again after last time I’ve went away with completely unequal black eyebrows and had to cancel an important meeting.
Bit expensive but good ....
