Drinks are great, food is okay...sadly on our visit many items crossed out. Otherwise great place to have drinks.
We had a wonderful night, came in for my husbands birthday and we had quite a large group. Susie was absolutely amazing, everything she recommended for us was incredible, from the wine to the food, the whole atmosphere Susie created made us feel at home. We couldn’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to go again.
I'm planning to return here for dinner next week and realised I hadn't written a review about my last visit! Susie was an awesome host to my friend and I, and being a quiet night we had the chance to have a chat and a glass of wine with her at the end of the evening. The food was fantastic and the vibe of the place was really relaxed and friendly. Planning to visit again in the coming week!
You feel you are in Spain the same ambience and simplicity in its food. Extremely delicious and good service. Child and dog friendly. The Lady was very accommodating to our dietary restrictions. Will definitely visit again.
Outstanding food, beautiful room. Will make you miss Spain, even if you're unfortunate enough to have never been. Susanné is a delight & really encapsulates Spanish hospitality as well as the mañana approach to life. Perfect place for a long, lazy lunch or casual dinner with nowhere to be after. Couldn't recommend the place enough.
Stay away... Very unhygienic place. I doubt they have council approval. If you step inside and your guts tell you is not a good place, please listen to it, we had the bad idea of giving it a chance since we had booked in advance, but the smell since we stepped in was a warning sign we should have listened to. It is also very overpriced for the quality of foods. The lady who was cooking, bartending, servicing the tables and also cleaning did her best to provide a good customer service though.
See her reply below? No wonder she gets no business. She simply doesn’t learn from mistakes. I was trying to offer some genuine advice but she fought back so vehemently. And if you scroll down she almost fights back every neutral and negative review. Advice to the owner: do not fight with customers. The more you fight the more you lose. Sometimes even fighting for something you’re justified for makes you sound unjustified. I get your frustration but sorry it’s human nature and that’s how it works unfortunately. You need to learn. You really do. And oh sorry I really have nothing better to do but framing you with unverified facts. And shall I apologize on other reviewers’ behalf for doing the same?
The food was really good, plus Susie was so welcoming and friendly! Those eggplants with honey are the best! Will definitely be back to try more of their dishes!
Lovely venue and gorgeous food - relaxed atmosphere and Suzie is a fantastic lady who really makes dinner a experience rather than just a meal. Will definitely return soon.
We had a lovely meal and drinks Sunday. Most pleasant and great food!
