What an epic fail. 

Booked this 4 weeks in advance and advised a date and time for pickup. Thursday morning . No show Thursday Lunch no show but we are coming .. no problem . 4 pm advised sorry but we can't make it today Really ... we told you this a lunch  ... no you didn't oh sorry it's on the file no problem I'll send you the text now .....WTF 

Text says tomorrow between 8-9.10am arrives and I call and advised that it's really busy today but we should fit you in The diver will call you no driver call and I have called 16 times and currently on hold now for 18 min
Missed flights to qld had to get hotel for family overnight new tenants parked in the street

Not deserving of any stars. Rude, arrogant not to mention I have been promised my furniture delivery for 3 days running and it still has not arrived. And not one phone call to advise this! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
