We used Enviroflex for insulation on our brick home. At first we didn't think it was possible, however their rep came out and provided a quote for both underfloor and blow in wall insulation, after weighing up the pros and cons we decided it was a much more cost effective alternative than solar. We are so grateful we did it as winter is now bearable at home!

Arranged a quote 2 weeks ago, didn’t turn up. When I rang the office they had my details but no record of a quote being booked in. I won’t be arranging another time with them, if they can’t turn up for a quote I’m not going to be relying on them to actually turn up to do the work.

I'm honestly very disappointed that your company does not respect your customers time.

First it was agreed last week, you would be here Friday before midday. But after a few follow ups via email no response and I've to personally call the office to find out that it's too late for the installers to come and u don't know why they didn't turn up. So we rescheduled.

Then I was told that Tuesday morning u would be able to come first thing in the morning at 7am when the installers start work , it's now 8.08 and no one is here.

Every time no one had the courtesy to call ! 

I'm sure your customers don't just sit around waiting for your installers to appear. I've had to reschedule work just for this and furthermore we have a tenant in the house that works night shifts and he has had to make some changes. 

I'll just look for someone else who appreciates our business.

Having an absolute nightmare time getting correct quotes.  I'm hoping their working standards are better than their quoting. Unfortunately these folks seem to be the only cavity wall insulators in Melbourne.

Went through hi pages to get a few quotes for both underfloor and roof insulation.
Enviro flex were very competitive and knew there stuff. 
Office kept in touch to let me know when the installers would be out.
Installers were easy going but got on with the job. Finished quality is good even in some really trick bits under the house.
