If I could give negative stars I would. It pains me to give even one star, but I have to in order to write my review. I left the dry cleaner mortified, and in tears. The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I was given the message that my WEDDING dress was going to be given to life line if it wasn't picked up by the end of the month (I was only called 6 days ago to say it was ready, and advised them I was coming in on the first available chance of Friday to pick it up). They lady was rude. Accused my colleague of being a liar, and I WOULD NEVER go there again! I would 100% NOT recommend these dry cleaners. GO ELSE WHERE - EVEN IF IT FURTHER TO DRIVE - ITS WORTH IT. I am APPALLED, MORTIFIED and DEVASTATED!

I have used this place for New sheets. I took king size sheets into them. They were new. They were expensive. The label stated DO NOT TUMBLE DRY When I tried to put the bottom sheet on the mattress it had shrunk so much it would not fit the bed. I took them back to the laundry and after two weeks of me phoning them I finally got a response that it is a manufacturing problem and I should take them back to the shop where I bought them from. They claim they use a air dryer. I don't know what their definition of a air dryer is but it is highly likely they put them in a hot air dryer. They don't want to take any responsibility at all. So I would suggest to everyone to read the label of your items you want cleaning and read it to them before trusting them with your valuables because the label does not get read. Never go there again.

Wedding dress Miracle workers When I married a number of years ago I went straight on honeymoon and just hung my unwashed wedding gown in the cupboard. Recently I took it out and the dress still had dirt and perspiration marks. Coastal dry cleaners managed to get all the marks out and presented it beautifully in a box. Highly recommended.

Very positive - I was extremely pleased with the care taken of my daughter's delicate formal gown. I definitely recommend Coastal Dry Cleaners - their customer service was great with quick turnaround time and very competitive.

DO NOT take your WEDDING DRESS here! I am so devastated after receiving my wedding dress back today, after having it dry cleaned. The white silk, which is under white lace, on the front panel only is now YELLOW. The back is fine and the front feels stiff like it has been bleached, or cooked at a too high of a temperature. I can't believe no one rang to mention this too me, and after paying $250, and taking my dress home, I had to open the box myself to find out. Then to be told that "there is not much that they can do and I will have to ring again on Monday" ! We are not locals, and there was no refund of cleaning cost or any sort of comfort in knowing that someone was going to try work this out for me! Terrible customer service! A terrible ting to have happened to my dress!
