Pathetic service. You wait for calls from service that never happen. You keep explaining things over and over eventually get told they dont do it when you know they do. Seems the only thing they do well is know how to swipe ones card for plenty of green backs. One would have thought new location ... new and better service. What a joke thats turned out to be. Sadly 1 star is toooo much.

Worst experience ever , unprofessional and rude service manager , very expensive and rip off service . I got screwed up by hino stuff , they serviced my truck for $ 2000 and they said I had to change brake pads and I agreed . I drove the truck after it’s been serviced and I realised ABS and brake system on all time .i had to take my truck back and they said brake pad needs to change again with brake disk kit as they replaced new brake pads with an old brake kit desk , then they are blaming me for my driving . What a joke ! I will take this action further as my truck is so dangerous to be driven because of their negligence. Absolutely terrible

I don't think there is worst ud dealership Any were in Australia Then they wonder why we no longer buy ud trucks and have gone to hino ITS ALL ABOUT THE SERVICE When book truck in stood in line 30 min Listen to staff chat about sister sending him rude emails who cares Serve the people in the line who are trying to run a bussiness

I never ever back to Volvo dealer ,i never recommend this place to any one ,waste money and time. Operational knowledge is not enough
