Good atmosphere and food was great

I am a returned member of the club and I guess could be a little biased, but it’s good food, good selection of drinks and a nice atmosphere.

Great venue ,the club has a great vibe good restaurant ,great band Money for old Rope.

My family had a bad experience here last night. Wasn't aware you had to be signed in as Ōtaki RSA you don't need to to have a meal. Was asked if we had any family who are members explained to them my husbands mother was but we buried her the day before. We chose this place in memory of her. Some kind person signed us in after noticing 11 of us having difficulties. Finally ordered our meals then proceeded to order drinks non-alcoholicwhich were all poured infront of us then bar lady made an issue again. Disgusting service in all the RSA i have been to over the years never had a bad experience until now.

Had my wedding there beginning of June.  We decorated ourselves and the place looked awesome!  Kapiti Island in the background makes good photos.  Ed and staff did our food beautifully.  Thank you Management and staff of Bar and Restaurant for makin our special day so wonderful and special!!!  xxx

I loved the manager but I did lose at snooker

The advertising for the place is over the top, tried it last night staff very pleasant and well presented ordered a starter and mains paid for was handed a indicator for when meal was ready but to my horror they both came at the same time. The starter was over cooked and by the time I started the main it was going cold, however the steak was very nice. Not sure if I will go back
