We have been coming to the swim school here for 6 months or so. Whilst the swimming instructors are wonderful, the facilities at Club Arana leave a lot to be desired. It's not just old and run down but borderline unsafe. Rusty heaters strapped to the wall with a belt, cracked tiles, loose bricks, filthy and rotting vanity units in the change rooms, faulty taps and loose or missing showerheads and broken door locks etc. It is not a pleasant experience. 
It's a shame really. It could be so much better but the place really seems to be falling to pieces. We have friends who have been coming here for years and have said the facilities have always been neglected like this so I can only assume the owner is too tight to spend any money on the place. Needless to say, we are in the process of finding an alternative.

This place is a run down gym scraping the bottom of the barrel for passing muster. The equipment and amenities are aged, the bathroom looks like it brings in a prison, and the promise of a 24 hour gym limits you to a single room out of business hours rather than the whole gym. It is also proceed as one of the more expensive gyms locally.

Gym was great whilst I was there... Unfortunately had a nightmare of an experience when I went to end the contract.  Won't be going back.

Spacious and top quality equipment. Friendly and helpful staff.

The gym is really big, with a lot of equipment and weights and also runs some great classes such as pump, yoga, pilates, Aussie box and heaps more.  The staff are always friendly and I am really pleased I chose this gym.
