Angela is five stars and the reason I kept with the Balmain team so long. Angela did my microneedling, IPL etc. She is 5 stars. However,  I just won't come back because the Dysport was badly done by their nurse Diane. I had Dysport done a dozen times, the nurse kept ignoring my sheet and kept making my eyes look terrible - then I would come back and pay again for a fix. I have photos and proof - the nurse who does Dysport t Diane here is cavalier and phoning it in. Never again.

I’m very happy of this place and special thanks to Mahsa. Had a consolation with her and she has been so knowledgeable, patient , good listener so happy and I’ll be back definitely.

The staff at Clearskincare Clinic in Balmain are very professional and caring. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and a positive atmosphere. Their knowledge of the treatments and products is exceptional. I never felt pressured to buy things I didn't need. I look forward to my visits and walk out feeling very satisfied and uplifted. I'm happy with my simple but effective skincare routine.

You can't go past Clearskincare Balmain for treatments that WORK. I've had just 2 peels and light therapy treatments on my skin and my acne is already under control. The staff are exceptionally knowledgable and always friendly, even when I have had to change my appointment at the last minute. If you are looking for treatments that work, at a reasonable price, then this is your place. Thanks Ellie and the team for a great experience.

I am so thankful I found this place! The girls at the Balmain store have been so helpful with my skin and my acne has completely healed. I did the 'Dr McCaffery's Acne Treatment' and now I rarely get a single pimple. In my consultation, it was recommended I would need roughly 10 appointments to clear my skin, and I only needed 2! I continue to go back when I feel my skin needs a touch up, but the girls just put me under the light and my skin instantly looks better. I use the products religiously and can really notice a difference when I don't. I can't thank clearskincare or the girls at the Balmain store enough! I just wish I thought to take a 'before' and 'after' photo!

I felt very welcome and check in was efficient. Treatment was well explained and professionally carried out. Results were great and would thoroughly recommend the treatment, especially the microdermabrasion.

I had a Peel and LED light treatment with Steph today. Steph made me feel relaxed and well looked after all throughout. True traits of a professional therapist. I’ll be a returning client.

Very disappointed.. my pigmentation came back and worse than before even though I'm using sunscreen everyday. The main reason why I went though was my acne which right after the treatment gets worse for the next 3-4 days they told me so after that It completely kills the sebaceous gland But as you can imagine it's almost impossible to treat every single pore I honestly think the problem just moves to other spots spreading to where I didn't have anything initially. I convinced my husband to pay for a skin gym to remove his pigmentation since mine was removed for a little while... now returned he only had the consultation done. They recommended laser for pigmentation removal. Was never told there was an expiry date on it. Paid for the skin gym approx 400-500 dollars and was told he shouldn't do pigmentation removal in summer due to the sun was told he had to keep away from the uv light as much as possible since he likes surfing ...so he went back in winter to find out it was expired.. he called and complained several times and finally they agreed to extend the "expired terms".  They never showed him the receipt signed where it said that. We moved closer to Chatswood and they agree to move the credit to Chatswood where the staff was extremely helpful and ended up getting one laser treatment done. He is extremely busy and couldn't use it within the 3 months they give you .. So as you can imagine I don't recommend this place or brand to anyone because if youneed to travel overseas or simply can't stick to their 3 months ridiculous rule it can be a very expensive visit and they push to buy their products which are too many and very hard to stick to. 1-2-3-4-5-6 bottles all numbered and I felt like the whole thing is just revenue based and too time consuming. My skin has never looked so bad and now that we moved to Bondi and I'm desparate with my skin I'm thinking of trying it once more since there is a new branch on hall st but I'm very hesitant I seriously don't know what to do.. if anyone out there knows of anything for acne and pigmentation I'd love to hear from you. Thanks in advance

Congratuations and five stars. I've lived and worked all over the country and nobody has impressed me more than Nurse Di for my Botox. I highly recommended her. I also recommend Natalya for removing so many red viens from my face.  Every staff menber is exceptional
