I got quoted $8000 for invisaline, went and got a quote for the same thing at aesthetic in highpoint and they were $3700 for the same treatment!!!!! Get a second quote!! Some places just want your money
Great team. Very satisfied with my result and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants high quality service for their braces.
Horrible service . Very Bad customer service. Staff are rude and immature. Never felt good coming here. They are Always cancelling appointments and making excuses for it all the time. The Manager Angela is extremely Rude and it's very hard to talk to them about treatment, especially if your not happy with it - I wasted allot of money here and the end result of my treatment was disappointing. Instead of helping me and doing what the customer wants - they tried to convince me that I looked good. They are not customer focused at all. They did the bare minimum when it came down to treatment. I went to someone else and my new Dr was shocked to see how they left me. Thier doctors are always leaving , so treatment is very inconsistent. I also know another person who came here and also had bad treatment aswell who's also getting it fixed elsewhere which is extremely sad. Please don't waste your time here.
I visited this orthodontist for my initial consultation in June. Since June each and every appointment I have had has been canceled. Some due to covid but lately because they don’t have the staff to do my appointments. When they cancel it’s via text or email and you have to chase them to make another appointment. One week I rang and was told someone would ring me back the day and two weeks later I was chasing them again. I also had to pay $80 on my first appointment and was told that would come off the price of the braces. I guess I won’t be seeing that $80 again because I won’t be returning. So unprofessional the way I have been mucked around with appointments
I cannot even begin to explain how amazing the team at Clear Orthodontics is. Laura, Dr Brown, the Invisalign technicians/oral health therapists, and the wonderful ladies at reception never fail to provide the highest level of service and patient care, and it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with them. When exploring my options in terms of clinics for my Invisalign treatment, I noticed a significant difference between my experiences/consultations at other clinics vs at Clear Orthodontics. The team are so friendly, caring, welcoming and professional, and the clinic itself is extremely neat, clean and hygienic. Laura in particular is so, so lovely, and Dr Brown is truly amazing at what he does. While Invisalign is already worth the price, going through Clear Orthodontics makes me feel like I'm getting so much more than what I paid for. The appointments, scans, checkups and payment have been a breeze. I'm currently approx. 7 weeks into my treatment and I have zero complaints. So, if anyone is tossing up between Invisalign providers, I can positively assure you that you won't regret going with these guys!
Highly recommend! I’ve had the best experience so far, all staff are super friendly and welcoming. Dr Brown is great at answering any questions, and special shout out to Laura who has made me feel super comfortable from my very first visit.
I love this clinic and their friendly, genuine and beautiful staff. I have 3 kids who have had orthodontic work through them and the care and service they provide is beyond any other! Anna is the best receptionist and really brings a warm welcome as you step through the door. My kids love coming back, and I'm so grateful for their amazing work!
The 2 Stars are for the Friendly Service and for the lady at the reception, I travelled a long way to get there only to get a Quote on a paper, the free consultation which they offer is not useful at all. You could get that information while speaking over call or virtually, the most ironic thing is how one can give you quotation without even having an actual look at your teeth. I understand the treatment was expensive at 8500$ for invisalign but I would rather pay a consultation fee and have my teeth looked in before I agree to the treatment, Wouldn't recommend any one.
I can honestly say my visit @ Clear Orthadontist was very comfortable. Anna at reception was very happy and welcoming I went along with my 2 year old son, so the ladies were enjoying keeping him company while I took my X-rays. Dr Brown was very informative, thourgh & to the point and was looking out for my best interests. Louise- what a lovely lady!! Nice to have met you all & I’ll be back soon to get my retainers fitted Thank you again Emily
Terrible experience with this company. It was straight smiles. now I think the name has been changed, but as current clients have not been notified no surprise. Initially it was very good, but after about 6 months we could see the difference. They are still dragging the treatment out 3.5 years for relatively straight teeth, even though payments was made many moons ago. We have had to prompt the dentist...'do we need to remove teeth? do we need elastics and the answer is 'oh haven't we discussed that?'. Every time there is a different dentist, no continuity of care, not patient centered/ client focused at all. Will never recommend this place.
