Absolutely terrible. A simple google search of all the dentists in the area shows they have the lowest ratings and reviews are the worst in the entire west. My partner has been going off and on for toothaches for the past year, each time seeing a different dentist! When asked when the nice girl she saw last year was, Julia (the dentist who attended to us last time at least an hour late, unapologetically) replied with very personal information about her, which we found to be incredibly unprofessional! Personal and medical information is discussed by the dentist and left lying around the clinic and the nurse spent the entire last visit discussing intimate details of her relationship, while my wife sat through a very uncomfortable filling. We came for a simple toothache, which was almost ignored, and instead had to pay for a full consulation, which included at least 4 crowns (costing over $5 thousand!). This is not what we came for, and yet we had to pay an absurd fee (at least 50% more than every other local dentist). We went to see another dentist down the road, with the printed plan, who told us none of the treatment was needed! The filling that WAS done just made the pain worse, and a lovely clinic down the road repaired it for free, as they could tell how distressed she was and she's now pain free. Money grabbing, poorly ethical, daylight robbery. This is not a health service, it is a business and they look for an easy buck, taking advantage of the people in the community who don't know any better and trust them. I've never done a review before this, but as a resident who loves this area, I think it's a service to the community that this information is known. We've now taken our family to see the other dentist and can't speak poorly enough of our experiences here. Will be requesting our file to be transferred and will be lodging formal complaints against the dentist there.

All 4 porcelains I had done shattered and fell out. First one within the first 6 months. I went back and had to remove the tooth without any offer of financial support to replace it. I never went back. Very expensive life experience

Booked in for 830am this morning. A guy showed up after me and took my 830am appointment because the Dentist couldn't tell him I was next. Had to wair half an hour before I was even seen. Then the Dentist advises it will be another half an hour. I start work at 10. This is why I made the 830am appointment in the first place. A huge thumbs down. What a disappointment. I will not be going back. All I could hear were excuses. I guess her buddies come first.

Fairly sore after treatment but not as much as my wallet. Word of warning - Caroline Springs Dental charges a high rate for services. Good if you have private health insurance but not if you are paying out of your pocket. I had 1 filling and a minor repair to a chipped tooth and was charged nearly $600. This is approximately double the charge I had for the same service 12 months prior at another local dental clinic. Best to avoid just based on price alone.

I could not speak highly enough about Dr Julia and the team at Caroline Springs Dental. Both my son and I have seen Julia on several occasions and have been left with extremely positive experiences. My son was treated in a manner that has left him both enthusiastic about dental care and not fearing subsequent visits. I myself, have received minor cosmetic treatment leaving me with a smile I can now be proud of, all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
