What an amazing person!
I was trying to get my trailer licenced at the department of Transport. They helpfully told me that my VIN plate had to be attached but of course wouldn't do it for me. I phoned around and no mechanic would help me except for Classic & modern. He even tried to refuse money - what an amazing person!
