My partner and I changed our plans to suit Craig’s schedule , cutting short a holiday to return home only to have him running 20 minutes late. Craig’s behaviour was rude and entitled , demanding that we find solutions to having no water access in our carport. We repeatedly told him he could not use a certain driveway and he became increasingly irritated and left unable to complete the job. Prior to the appointment there had been no clarity about how this process worked, no statement about what Craig needed access to etc. Unfortunately we were unable to find a solution and I am left of the opinion that this service is unprofessional and very basic.
I had two mats cleaned only charged $65 for a hall runner and a large mat. I found he done a brilliant job with my large mat each time I’ve had him come here but always for some reason my hallway runner looks dirty and has dirt water residue left on it that I tried scrubbing off. Told Craig about the issue of the dirt residue and still charged $65 overally all not happy could’ve dropped the price or cleaned the carpet abit better. Otherwise overall was good.
When we sold our property, Craig came to clean our carpets. He arrived on time, was very reasonably priced and did a fantastic job. We got him to come back to our new property to clean the carpets and like before he did an excellent job. We found him to be very friendly and helpful. Would recommend him to anyone.
Best service and carpet cleaning! Removal of a Persian rug uncovered some stains that I wasn’t aware of until the super-friendly Craig turned up to do the job. Craig hit it with his strongest chemicals and then returned to do it again the next morning. Really went above and beyond to help me out and was the best priced in town too. Locally owned business run by a lovely husband and wife duo. Couldn’t recommend more highly!
Craig did our carpets today. First time using CJ’s & will definitely have Craig do them from now on. Lovely bloke who does a fantastic job & provides friendly, old fashioned service. Thanks Craig!
