I highly recommend Daniel and the team at Floorworld Launceston. Their service and communication was far more personable and helpful than the other shops I visited. They have a good selection of quality carpets and I found their carpet and installation very competitively priced. The team that installed the carpet did a great job, they were fast and tidy.
Fantastic service from start to finish. I had vinyl planks, carpet and blinds installed. Prices were better than I expected, a great surprise. Everyone was so accommodating and easy to deal with. They made the whole experience better than I could of imagined and took so much of the stress of a whole house renovation away. I cant recommend Floorworld highly enough.
Very happy with Floorworlds service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Happy to spend the time with you about making choices on flooring. For our vinyl, we had it purchased, paid for and installed within 48hrs. Very nice finish, would definitely recommend floorworld to anyone wishing to upgrade or purchase new flooring.
Dan, Sophie & the team are really helpful and give great advice. We were able to take home samples, securely drop off keys, and communication was always fantastic. The finished product was amazing and just what we hoped for.

Dan and the whole team at Floorworld Launceston were an absolutely pleasure to deal with. We went in on a Saturday knowing what feel and type of carpet we wanted for our home renovations and the team were able to suggest the perfect product and underlay to get us what we wanted. We did check out some of the competitors and didn’t receive so much as a follow up phone call from them. Meanwhile we had a quote and order sorted in a matter of days after choosing the product and we were kept in the loop with the order progress while we waited for it to arrive. Their showroom is a pleasure to visit and see so much variety of colours, pricing and styles of Vinyl flooring. The office staff are great and Professional. When it was time for the installation of my vinyl floor to my kitchen, pantry and laundry the guys floor installers were absolutely Professional and knowledgeable of the products which was being installed. Daniel and his friendly team replaced our shabby carpet in our newly purchased house. The showroom had a good range of stock and Adrian offered sound advice on colour selection for a our big living area. On the day of installation, the carpet layers turned up on time and worked a long day to get the job finished. We are very happy with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Floorworld Launceston to anyone wanting reliable tradies, great service and a faultless job on completion.
