Clean facilities with loads of space. The staff are friendly and most people don't bother me when I'm doing my flexibility training which is really nice. Great place to go, work out, and not feel judged or stared at. The showers and hair dryers available in the locker rooms are also really handy. I enjoy coming here when I'm on my way to work.

Additionally, enhancing air quality through improved ventilation is essential for a more comfortable environment.
Good facilities, awesome look out across Newmarket, but absolutely HEAVING during the middle hours. Get there super early or super late or have trouble getting on machines and weights.nnA victim of their own success
Great parking. Equipment great if you get a chance to use it. Spent a lot of time waiting then working out Long queues to use showers as well. Drains were full of so much hair.
This gym is packed all the time! Be ready to join the queue if you're looking to do anything here. It's definitely got worse in the last year. Great equipment, if you get the chance to use it.
