Have written to COGG twice now, about a car that clearly obstructs the traffic where it is parked, which is right on a corner. I just dropped my daughter at work and nearly got collected by another car as you just cannot see around the Ute therefore nearly T boned. What does it have to take??? A serious accident?

$91 for accidentally parking in a poorly signed area is a joke. I'm guessing they target the marina area to revenue raise as we were there less than 10 minutes. Council are rude and dismissive. As a first time visitor from far north Queensland I will be sure to by-pass Geelong in future.

As a recent visitor to geelong I have to say that I am very fond of this city. I will be returning, Sooner rather than later

Despite the fact the COGG has grown exponentially in the last few years,  the service provided by the council has been drastically reduced and is very poor.  The service or lack thereof in no way reflects the growth. The only office on the Bellarine is in Drysdale. Staff aren't overtly helpful of friendly either. Very disappointing. Happy to make millions in rates with all the new, crowded estates but don't expect much in return

Absolutely appalling. Susan Ferrie is incredibly rude, cruel and abusive. CompleteIy toxic and manipulative. Ruins lives for fun. A complete sociopath. Absolutely horrible. If you want compassion and kindness, immediately ask for anyone else. Avoid her at all costs.

Reported damaged tree on nature strip  5.8.2021 via Snap, Send, Solve. Tree promptly removed. Reason I only gave 4 stars, instead of 5, is due to lack of feed back from council regarding my complaint. On this occasion I could see for myself, but on other occasions, due to nature of complaint, I had no idea if actioned, and how, at all.

Such rude customer service!!! Nice to be welcomed to the area  Also seems to be incompetent as they have apparently not known a house has been on a block for four years and have doubled the fees. So glad to have purchased here without an apology or admission of a stuff up on there behalf

Tried to get help today for the first rates notice I have received in my life, that I got with 1 week to pay. Tried to go online to organise payment and set up to pay fortnightly so I don't get that again but it wouldn't work I was directed to call. The lady I spoke to was so rude and so inconsiderate In the way she spoke to me. Like I was stupid for not understanding how they work when I have never done this before. She didn't explain anything just told me I was wrong and what I can't do. She also told me I received an email with the rates which I did not and that I don't receive paper ones which I did and currently have in my hand. She was awful and should not be working in customer service. I'm not an idiot I just wanted the process explained to me. Good work on being a really top person

Im regularly in touch with the council, regarding removing dumped rubbish and cleaning graffiti around Norlane. They have always been very professional and cleaned up the mess. Thanks guys, I really appreciate the support :- Nige
