Wow, great store. Over and above with a bright & helpful store manager, she certainly knew what suited me better than i knew my own self. So friendly and happy. Can't thank her enough. I'll be back. Made me feel valued & left feeling gorgeous with my purchases. So many bargains. Highly recommend.
Tanya the store manager is absolutely amazing.Tanya made me feel welcome as soon as I entered the store with a smile and a lovely hello. I tried on several different clothes and she was only too happy to help with sizing and fit. I will definitely be returning.
Amazing - the ladies were on the ball helping us find the perfect outfit, even googling and calling other brands in Perth to check sizes and stock. Their only goal was to help us, regardless of profit, as it should be. 11/10!
Happy staff, and a paradise of bargains and clearance if you enjoy finding bargains and gems. Sizing can be limited especially if you are an XS or S, but if you're an XL there is a LOT in there. There is not a lot of current stock if any? This is a clearance store. I've gotten some incredible bargains in there. The store itself as in the physical space being rented is a little run down and tired, but the racks are neat and the store is kept clean. The change rooms are large enough to not be claustrophobic. Seriously check it out. Best bargains in Watertown for clothing
Friendly welcome. No pressure from staff. When I needed assistance, staff member was very helpful with advice. Great prices. Good size range.
Your staffs are amazing
As with all City Chic stores, the staff were super helpful and happy. I like this store in particular for the great bargains and the chance to pick up something from the season that's just finished.
