The best pharmacy in town. All of the staff are nice, patient, polite and posses a lot of technical knowledge, able to give a detailed advice just about every problem. Special thanks to Shannon... for her commitment and her ability in solving issues that arise every time base hospital send the script to a wrong pharmacy or my GP doesn't extend my script to the next year. Also special thanks to Paul for giving a thorough technical advice on fitness related items and other remedies.

Awesome staff and their friendly faces make me feel great even when im not If you know what i mean. I have been going to them for about 10 years and i wouldn't change a thing. You guys ROCK!!!!

I ran out of medication  which I try not to get into that situation especially on a Saturday of all days - Huge splitting headache because of this -- I drove to Vogeltown Pharmacy - Telling them I have a splitting headache - told me basically sorry you dont have any repeats with no suggestions of help -  Now feeling a little worried that my heads going to split open the throbbing was that bad - I remember the Richmond Pharmacy Gentleman there saying to me - if I ever ran out of this particular medication, to come and see them at Richmond City Care Pharmacy and they will help.  The Man wasn't there but a  lady behind the desk - looked up my info and KNEW that I NEED this medication DAILY - right on the spot sold me 3 pills to tie me over until Monday - a little help.  I wont forget that.  I went back to Vogeltown Pharmacy and showed them the little box and said to them - You could of helped me.  **:   -- I was very upset

What a joke to wait 3 hours and 45 minutes for medical packs to be made up when told it would be 1/2 hour and then they turn around and charge a $35.00 Sunday fee come on for a sick Father inlaw who had been in hospital all week and then being from out of town you make us wait and do this ......

Very staff member help me . The time l went into the pharmacy.

Open late. This meant that they were able to get us medicine very late and this really saved us. Great helpful staff.

Knowledgeable, friendly pharmacists. Good selection. Open until 9pm. Quick service. Highly recommended.

A really urban pharmacy were a client/patient is listened, helped and served impeccabily.
