This school has a strong academic focus however, is selective for the wrong reasons. They also dont offer much extension ive been told. As an example, my son who receives top marks at school and has an extremely high IQ was offered an interview for prep. We accepted the interview to then be told there is no longer an interview available how unprofessional!. I was asked if we would be interested in grade 1, so I said yes, but then that never proceeded to anything. I have 4 boys all with extremely high IQS and was almost instantly offered a position by a far more reputable and high performing school who offer grade skipping and accleration. Their loss.
Nice school with brilliant techers and nice students. Some teachers are too strict but every teacher gets the job done well.
Brilliant school and incredible campus. Citipointe's teachers are incredibly caring and are heavily invested in the success whether academic, sporting, music/dance or all of the above of each and every student. Our son has been enrolled since Prep in 2010 and is currently sitting his final Yr 12 exams. We have loved being a part of the Citipointe community for the past 13 years.
I transferred my daughter to the college from a state school last year. We are delighted with this school since then as we have met great teachers, students, and parents. The teachers here are very patient and caring. I feel that my kid has improved a lot in both the academy and social skills. She makes lots of new friends here as well.
Mr White is the best teacher send your kids here just so that they can be taught by him.
kids love their school. They get on very well with the teachers and classmates. Thanks for everyone, you are doing great jobs and make this place wonderful.
Our son has been enrolled since Prep in 2010. We have loved being a part of the Citipointe community for the past years.
I have three children at the College and I love that all the students receive individual attention. I love that languages are taught from Prep. The music program is comprehensive and all students learn to play at least two instruments during Primary school. There are many sporting opportunities as well as many extension opportunities in Maths, Science, English and more. Fantastic teachers and a great community. The graduates are achieving wonderful things through all that Citipointe has taught them.
I'm currently a student here and everything is doing great for me. The high school was great and the teachers are good. Yet there is always some junior kids who is annoying and are likely to pick on foreign students and some of them were bold enough to cause stress to one of my junior friend just today. Allegedly that kid said something horrible and they nearly started a fight with each other.. The school handled this matter quickly and it is believed that this matter is solved. I think that the school should pay more attention on teaching those kids how to be a little bit more respectful towards others and just not being annoying and hostile towards other people with different cultural backgrounds.
Fantastic Christian school. This school lives Christian values, it is not just Christian by name. The school also have fantastic facilities, teaching, and many extra activities such as sport and instruments that kids can get involved in. My kids love it here. One of my daughter's has been to 5 schools and she says this is the best and she does not want to move again.
