I had a great experience with Citibank in the beginning and liked that international transactions were fee free. The people on the phone are very nice but the incompetence of the staff and the fact that they have the worst app in history means I have had to leave. Am now with ING and am very happy with them.
Do not waste your time and energy. 9 phone calls later and got nowhere. They do not care about the customer. They stonewall you at every turn, even when you have provided all the documents they ask for. The website information contradicts the information that the operators give you. They just lie!
Why have a business in Australia if the call centre is in a foreign country and you cant speak to someone in Australia when you ask very poor CITIBANK . How do l know that your selling my info to CHINA! for now im looking for a new home loan supplier to be rid of you all together i would rather give you -10
