Nice staff and great job with the nails! You definitely need an appointment because they are always fully booked, and my experience was very nice, I just waited almost one hour to get my nails done because they were busy, even after having an appointment, but overall my experience was very nice!
Azi was amazing, she recommended me building gel nails instead of acrylics as they're less damaging and I'm trying to take care of mine. I'm thrilled with her work which she was able to do well even while being loved by everybody. They have a warm and welcoming atmosphere and nice rapport.
The owner was so helpful and funny, she did an amazing job of the nails but was also really chatty and lovely. 10/10!
I went there first time today.It has been a good experience, lovely team and beautiful hearts. I recommend and like to visit again. And please be responsible as a client , Small businesses such as ciao bella, depends on commitments. If you like to cancel at least remember that hour will be waste of people’s time and energy. Had a great cut wash and blowdry with Marisol here. I’m mixed race with quite thick natural Afro hair and often get nervous trying new hair stylists but had a great experience here and got lots of compliments on the results! Will be back in future. ThanksService: Hairstyling
I came here a few years ago and wasn't keen, however have been back recently since the new ownership and I absolutely adore it here. the staff are so so friendly, chatty, understanding and patient. Aze has done my nails both times and I couldn't recommend her enough!
First time getting gel extensions and I was really happy with them. The ladies were really nice. I got lucky because I didn't have an appointment. I'll go back next time I'm in Brighton
