About

The Church of Scientology is a truly modern religion, blending science and technology to answer the question, "What is the soul?" amongst others.

Story

It is with great pride that we welcome you to the Church of Scientology of Sydney.

First established in 1955, The Church of Scientology Sydney has since that time served as a central Church of Scientology for a growing congregation throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

From 1979, we have been honoured to extend our help further still from our heritage building on Castlereagh Street.

Today our church stands magnificently transformed not only in the form of complete renovations, but also through our unprecedented ability to bring help and knowledge to the public by means of our 21st century public information centres.

This fulfills the vision of the founder of Scientology, L. Ron Hubbard, who wished for all organisations (orgs) to be Ideal, meaning living embodiments of the application of Scientology in life.

We are honoured to have the opportunity to show you not only this magnificent building, but the vast amount of life-changing knowledge that Scientology has for you.

Mission

Scientology is not a dogmatic religion in which one is asked to accept anything on faith alone. On the contrary, one discovers for oneself that the principles of Scientology are true by applying its principles and observing or experiencing the results.

The ultimate goal of Scientology is true spiritual enlightenment and freedom for all.

Unwelcoming, I went here with my friends, they had bikelocks on the door to keep us out so if we wanted to learn the magical tale of some alien race we would not be able to. All in all it is an unwelcoming cult and I don’t recommend visiting
Love the friendliness here.
Money obsessed, deluded cult.
A fairly new society, a place to pick up leadership, self expression and sanity, a curriculum so very well structured for positive human impact. Be there to believe.
It’s a cult and a scam don’t fall for it. They are going to charge you an absurd amount of money for ‘help’
