I highly recommend to avoid the hairstyling service in this salon. Hair stylist Amanda claims that she has over 10 years of experience , but after two hours of her "work" I ended up with terrible bridal "hairstyle". Very dissapointing and upsetting. I would recommend do not consider this service as you will end up jsut waisiting your time and money. I don't even know if this can be called bridal hairstyle .... I have been getting my hair done at Christopher Hannah for a while now. I love the new organic dye’s they are using. The salon also uses Olyplex after colour treatment. My hair is keeping healthy with less breakage. Even though the dye is organic, the colour lasts and keeps hair from being too processed and brittle. I recommend Kamil, as colouring is his specialty. I love my colour, I get lots of compliments plus it feels healthy. If you want a colour change and a good head massage and sit in a massage chair. I highly recommend Christopher Hannah. Go spoil yourself.
This is the only salon that I trust with my hair. Steve & his staff are phenomenal, from their friendliness, to their extensive knowledge and skill, this place is truly unmatched.
I can’t stop smiling! It was my first time at Christopher Hanna and after today it has become my new salon! I got my balayage refreshed and brought higher and a fringe first time ever. Evie did an absolutely amazing job! She was incredibly professional and really understood what I was wanting. I can’t recommend her enough! She’s honestly amazing. All of the staff are so kind and professional, it was such a great experience. Also the chairs at the basins are massage chairs - what a dream! Thank you Evie! The worst salon ever! I colored my hair and got a haircut “apparently from the senior hair stylist” and It’s been 6 months and my hair is still damaged, dry, DEAD and the hair fall gets worst by the day, I feel like after 6 more months I’ll be bald!! Even if the service is free please DO NOT GO. Worst, horrible, terrible product and service quality!Services: Hairstyling

I’m so disappointed in the whole experience. I’m not a complainer & I’ve never had to write such a review like this, but I spent almost $700 within 2 weeks for a poor outcome. If I could pick no stars for this review I would. I was excited to get an appointment & have my hair coloured after lockdown. I was told that they’ll be putting a new brand of colour in my hair. I was not consulted in what I wanted to achieve with my colour. As professional hairdressers I would have thought that I would be advised of what would work best to get the best outcome, but I thought as professionals they knew what they were doing. Four months of regrowth & a new brand colour was put on my hair, that left a distinct line between my old & new darker colour. I was the first blonde, as told by the stylist, about trialling the new colour brand Evo. I also received a toner which within a week had gone brassy, which normally would last a few weeks longer with a new colour. After a week of realising how dark & distinct line of colours & the brown, brassy look my hair was I felt so disappointed. My colour was better in lockdown then after my appointment. I was booked in for keratin treatment 2 weeks after only to be told that person isn’t working that day & to rebook. As we spoke I told the person on the phone about my dissatisfaction about the colour. They spoke to the boss & said to come in they’ll fix it. Upon returning to the salon after 2 weeks I was told to have a full head of foils which would cover some of the darker areas & lighten my hair around the hairline. She did this. Also, unprofessional, while I was in the chair the phone rang a few times, I was told they don’t like to answer the phone. Now I know why my phone calls weren’t being answered. I was also told that staff suggested not to try the new brand of colour straight out of lockdown as the staff had not had a chance to trial. Obviously you do not trial on full paying clients. So another toner was put in. I did feel better about the colour. I wasn’t happy that the girl that blow dried my hair didn’t put any product in leaving it dry, then only half dried it. I walked out of the chair feeling damp hair still. I was expecting to pay something for this only to be told I was charged for a full head foils & the toner again! This full payment was after the boss was asked what to charge! I expected to pay something but not that amount! I did pay, I think I was in shock. I called the salon when I got home when I realised I shouldn’t have paid at all. This mistake was not mine. To walk out with damp & not styled hair that had to be fixed. To pay almost $700 within 2 weeks for a colour that still is not professionally done. I have since been to another hair salon to consult & they saw my hair at the back still has a big dark patch where the foils were not done, which I was charged for. My ends were still dry & then come to think of it I don’t think I initially got a trim on the first visit. I was told that someone would call me back. Maybe they did but there was no persistence to leave a message or email as they have all my details. Obviously it wasn’t too pressing to rectify my problem. I was waiting for some communication, it wasn’t until I didn’t attend my $350 keratin appointment that someone messaged me. I told them of my issue & it was then that I was offered a free keratin treatment. I did send an email about being unhappy but of course I knew I wouldn’t get a reply. I paid $700 too much for poor quality service & product. I did love going to this salon before but I will never return, not even for a free keratin treatment. :
Beautiful salon!! I was in Sydney on February only for two night and didn’t want to wash my hair myself. I visited this salon and the hairdresser was so kind to organize appointment for me just washing and blow drying hair. I really appreciated this amazing servis. The hairdresser styled my hair so nicely. And how can they wash your hair…feeling like in heaven,so relaxing . Thank you guys,you are doing great job. I’m sure if I’m in Sydney I’ll visit you,definitely!!! Sarka
