Our team take pride in serving simple, honest food made from the finest local ingredients, as well as lovingly made Four Mile Roasters coffees created by local fave #joshthebarista.

We are open for morning coffee fixes kicking off bright and early, with breakfast, lunch and snacks available throughout the day.

Emerald Creek ice creams will delight kids of all ages while the historic Bally Hooley train arrives and departs in all her steamy glory!

This lovely hidden cafe was recommended to us by a local as a good breakfast spot and it didn’t disappoint. It’s set overlooking the water a creek maybe and has a really relaxed and calming vibe which is a nice contrast to the rush of the town centre.  This place is a little pricier than some of the cafes in the centre but the serving sizes are quite generous. The one flaw is that there’s no table service and you have to go up and order your food and drinks at the counter, but overall not a big deal and more so something to note in the context of how much you’re paying.  The food was great and as someone who doesn’t often order a sweet breakfast, I was won over by the sound of the French toast which was the best I’ve had, even as a GF meal. The coffee was good but again ends up on the pricier side especially if you’re ordering a dairy free milk or decaf. Overall we’d come back here again and know that we’d be walking out very full!

Breakfast was AMAZING!  A crazy spin on french toast with fresh fruit and bacon. Super relaxed dining next to a small lake and overlooking a beautiful golf course and mountains. Attractive prices. Good coffee. Super friendly staff. Open kitchen. Toilets and a cute train station that goes in to Port Douglas.

A lovely setting to enjoy a meal or drink. It was a convenient 5 minute walk for our stay at Oaks lagoons. The coffee was great and the eggs benedict were delicious. My husband enjoyed the mango smoothie.

This a great place to sit and enjoy the serenity! It is very peaceful and you can see the fish in the lake as you sit and chat with friends. We had breakfast here but unfortunately we were disappointed. The big brekky was big but lacked flavour in everything. Sorry guys. The staff are all very friendly and service was good-a little slow but very pleasant attitude. In saying that the coffee was great. That was the best dirty chai I have had.

I ate here on the first day of its new menu, and they impressed in every way. 20 minutes from order to food on my table. That's good time even for an ordinary day, let alone when a cafe is packed and running their new menu for the first day.  The atmosphere is great, you look out over a small lake and golf course from a modern veranda. It's good money for value and nice staff. Solid coffee from the standard of someone who lives in the Melbourne cbd.... I think this is the best brunch you can get in Port Douglas.

Best Coffee and food down this end of town!! Only downfall is that some of the staff are GREENIES so in saying that you have to grab your own straws and also the staff are reluctant in passing over coffee takeaway trays,and on the odd day, some staff can make you feel very unwelcome,maybe rotation from both cafe`s would be a nice change..

Enjoyed our all day Breakfast, wish they were open more hours for dinner. Great views of the golf course.

Great and calming location. You definitely come at peace when you dine here. Lovely and professional staff. Food is basic but executed very well! Everything tastes great and you can feel that the chef loves his job trough his food.

Great coffee and great view in the morning. We came for a coffee and ended up having breakfast the view was that good
