Absolutely disgraceful service. First the service was very slow. The focus was on the larger tables. Then the waiter spills red wine over me and doesn't replace my serviette. No acknowledgement from the senior staff just trying to brush off the issue. The service continues to be slow. All the surrounding tables with banquet menus had multiple courses served while we're still waiting for mains.
To top it all off, the manager had the nerve to expect a tip when I paid the bill!!
For a restaurant trying to be upmarket and tryingto be the suburban version of flower drum having similar courses and charging more without the corresponding service is just plain greedy and instant fail

If I can give zero star, I will definitely give zero. The price is ridiculous. All what they recommended are not in the menu. One vegetable cost $70, one special soup cost $150. We had lunch at 3 and afternoon tea at 4 that day, went their for dinner with full stomach, but 7 adults still spent over  $800!!Their service is very good before we pay the bill, however changed totally after we made the payment. It's the first time I made the comment, food definitely don't worth that much. Won't go their again. Let's see what 160$ soup look like:

Every dish tastes like piles of SALT and MSG. The snow crab and the wagyu did not make much different in mouth. The flavor of those expensive ingredients were ruined by heavy seasoning.

DEAR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS !!
Visited Choi's on a Wednesday night expecting quality and fresh food from the reviews I have read. However, later that night I was experiencing discomfort and stomach cramps which disturbed my sleep and soon after, non-stop toilet trips due to FOOD POISONING. For the price of their items, you would not expect this kind of treatment and service that was appalling, requiring me to ask twice for drinks (not to mention overpriced). I knew this had come from Choi's as my fellow colleague experienced FOOD POISONING too, leading to both of us having to call in sick from work.

Just outrageous and left me in discomfort and pain.
