Churro was quite delicious with choices of sauce. We had milk n dark chocolate sauces. Service was alright, had to ask several times for tap water although no other customers in the restaurant. You also need to ask for paper napkins which was not the standard for the service.
San churros is a personal favourite of mine and has always lived up to high expectations, however this store was highly lacking in customer service. The store only had two tables seated and had two workers. I had to stand at the counter to make my order for about 10 minutes, being told half way through that they’ll be just a moment. Besides that, there were no friendly greetings, no acknowledgement that we were there, just focused on preparing drinks and food that were previously ordered. Finally when being served, I showed a UNiDAYS discount and was told that they had never seen that deal before. They said they would try it and they were not at all happy or friendly about it. The interaction was hasty and very abrupt as if we were being unpleasant customers in the 2 minutes of ordering. The food took an average amount of time to arrive and tasted the same as normal. Nothing was said when it was served and no facial expressions. I have given it 2 stars as customer service is so important and I was very disappointed with it. I will not be coming back to this store and would recommend the managers to revaluate their training as their employees need a refresher.
Support the beyond blue! The churros is fresh and beautiful! And the dip is yummy and smooth i tired another branch before the dip is so weird, haha i don’t how to explain, but here is much more better Love their real chocolate mocha!!!
I always love visiting San Churro in Docklands!! The staff are always so friendly and it's so easy to access amongst all the other shops in the precinct. Our favourite thing to order would be the filled churros - we got the Chocolate Hazelnut & Cookie Butter filled Churros! Delicious every single time!
Always love this since uni days back in NSW! Too bad they don’t have one in Geelong
Wait staff were extremely rude. We attempted three times to order one of their hot chocolates. When the drink wasn't received, we asked one of the wait staff for it. She came back with our docket to prove it wasn't ordered even after the three attempts at the register then ran away literally ran. We then waited five minutes at the register but were ignored, so ordered on our phones, mentioning how our order was wrong. We were served two drinks ten minutes later, only to have one snatched from the table after a minute. No apologies were given for the rude behaviour, and no reason for the two drinks that soon turned to one. We've had excellent experiences at the Knox City Sac Churro and we're disheartened to receive such bad hospitality at the Docklands store.

Always a delight to discover a San Churro whenever I travel. Their range of hot drinks, cold drinks and sweet treats always has me taking a seat ready for something special. I held back on my temptation today on so many interesting choices and stuck with a regular hot chocolate with cream yes I know but heck- you gotta have cream. Service was fast and efficient and the waitress who served, Kresh, me was so nicely d helpful and although generously offered me a free chocolate because I was writing a review, I declined. My ethics wont allow that. Took only a few minutes for my order to arrive and as you can see from the photo - oh la la! Delicioso. Do love their cups that they serve hot drinks in. Nice to hold and a little different to mainstream stores. There is also plenty of things to buy such as chocolate, hampers for gifts and packaged up chocolate. Notes: wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Parking is pretty good at Docklands but not always cheap.
