When this venue operated as Chipmunks Playland, it was an excellent experience—affordable, well-maintained, clean, and staffed by friendly employees. Unfortunately, since the change, the quality has significantly declined.nnThe current pricing is unreasonably high, and the management is unprofessional. During our visit, the manager repeatedly walked in and out of the office without acknowledging us as we waited at the desk. Additionally, the advertised $10 session was unclear. We were told we had to arrive earlier to qualify, despite being within what seemed like the designated time frame. This lack of clarity and consistency is frustrating.nnA previous visit at 9 a.m. allowed us to pay $10 and stay for hours, but this time we were charged $40 for two children—a poor value for the experience provided. Staff need to be better informed to ensure consistent communication with customers.nnAfter this, the ball pit area was not put on until after 10am, and was filled with plastic balls because staff were not there. I asked about the balls/shooting area at 9.30am.nnI also strongly recommend requiring grip socks, as several children experienced slips and falls during our visit as the ground and equipment is very slippery.nnAfter years of enjoying this venue, I’m disappointed to say I doubt I’ll return.
Georgia has fantastic customer service from the moment we entered she welcomed us with a big smile. The park is clean and the pricing is decent! Looking forward to returning!
My kids absolutely love Kids World! They have just introduced a new activities room and kinder gym soft play area and my kids never want to leave. The activities room means that the kids can take a small break in the quiet when they start to get tired from climbing and unwind for a bit before going back to playing. The staff are absolutely amazing, always really friendly and more than happy to go the extra mile to help you out. It is a great place for all ages!
A good place to take some of the energy out the kids. Fairly well maintained, and relatively clean. The food is an acquired taste depending on what you have the cake was very stale!, and the coffee is just okay. Staff were quite friendly and it gets busy during peak times.
Absolutely terrible business management!nI drove 30mins to get here and they have the audacity to chuck a sign on the door and only post on fb 11mins ago that they have a private function and are closed. Disgusting. A private function doesnt magically get booked with zero notice and it takes 1 min to update ur opening hours on google!nWhich i checked before I left as my responsibility.nI would have happily gone elsewhere closer to home had they had the decency to give any kind of notice at all.nAnd no i cant wait around for 2 hrs with a 3 yo for them to reopen. When it takes an hour round trip to get here.nI overlook how outdated, unclean and slow service this place offers because kids dont care about those things. But honestly wasting an hour of your customers life is a terrible business model.nWill go south to better options fromnNow on.
