Play area is amazing. I always bring my grandchildren to the playground. Very disappointed yesterday. There was a lady behind the counter that recognised us as we walked in she turned around and went and spoke to the lady making coffee. We just waited. Eventually when she did come she never apologised. Miserable. The young staff were amazing.
A good place to take some of the energy out the kids. Fairly well maintained, and relatively clean. The food is an acquired taste depending on what you have the cake was very stale!, and the coffee is just okay. Staff were quite friendly and it gets busy during peak times.
Visited with a 2 yr old and a 4 yr old yesterday. Very impressed with Kids World. The place was spotlessly clean everywhere including toilets. The staff were fantastic! Encouraging comments to the kids about their play and very friendly towards us adults. I felt they have a real pride in the place and it shows. Superb venue, wonderful customer service and an awesome time with the grandkids.
Super fun for my 20 month old. Nice contained area with lots to do.nFriendly staff that constantly tidied up and offered assistance.nVery impressed will definitely be back as my daughter had a ball.
A great little afternoon with the family. The kids enjoyed the activities and play centre, whilst we enjoyed the coffee and massage chairs
