A good place to take some of the energy out the kids. Fairly well maintained, and relatively clean. The food is an acquired taste depending on what you have the cake was very stale!, and the coffee is just okay. Staff were quite friendly and it gets busy during peak times.
My daughter loves coming here, which I don’t mind as I find the facility cleaner than most similar facilities I’ve been to in the past as well as having overall better food and drinks. One of the limited options for wet weather days for kids in the sunny coast.nI actually don’t mind the coffees here despite other peoples gripes with it.nThe food is actually pretty decent- the fries are always nice, there is a good selection of food to suit adults and kids.nI found the staff friendly on the occasions we have visited.nI am writing my review and feedback as it’s the first time I have visited in school holidays and my only negative feedback would be to consider an increase of staff numbers over the school holidays to cater for the number of people who visit during a wet holiday day.nnFood took 45 minutes to be served, the kids meal came last- had a very hungry impatient small person! Especially when no food or drink from outside is allowed inside it would be good to have faster service of food.nnDuring such a busy period tables and seating is limited, would be good to see some lockers/boxes to put belongings and maybe some other type of seating such as benches for people not eating/ when space is limited.nJust an idea :
This place was very clean, the staff were friendly and supplied great service.nWell equipped for kids of all ages with multiple different level play areas.nMy son had an absolutely amazing time.nHas asked to go back every day for the last fortnight.nUnfortunate that it was while we were on holidays or you'd definitely see us again.
I bring my Grandaughter here every few weeks, she has the time of her life, it’s her favourite place and I get to catch up on some admin & have a break.But can you please do something about the coffee!!!! It has to be the worst coffee I’ve ever had anywhere in Australia. Braved ordering an extra hot coffee with 2 sugars again today. It was so strong it would have melted a spoon & had no sugar in it.
A great fun place, the kids loved every moment. We have 2 six year olds and a 2 yo and there was something for all of them. The coffee wasn't bad either and the staff were friendly and helpful.
