Food is fantastic and the owners and wait-staff are friendly and efficient. Good portion sizes and huge variety of dishes on the menu. My only reservation (no pun intended), and the reason for 4 stars -  is that the chairs could all do with a good steam clean. They're fabric and quite obviously dirty. When you're sitting at the table enjoying your meal, looking around the restaurant - the visual of dirty chairs give the impression that cleanliness and hygiene could be lacking. But that's just the impression it gives - I've never been unwell from the food (and I'm susceptible to it big-time if something's even slightly dodgy). But yes, for the sake of impressions, those chairs need cleaning.

Great yum cha, squid tentacles are a must have. The staff are fantastic and look after my three boys like royalty.

Awesome dim sum, good value for money! Food is yummy and served hot. The staff is very friendly too including the lady owner who actually served with a smile and made a point to chat with her customers. We had a great meal there and if we are ever up that way, we will definitely visit again!
