Food was good, large portions, cooked well. The staff were evidently not native English speakers which made communicating slightly harder, although we got there eventually. Food orders came out really quickly. Would recommend.
Lunch was great. Wide range of menu options! The staff are friendly, helpful and the atmosphere is great! For big groups, I would recommend everyone to know what they want to order before hand for a smooth process.Food: 4/5
Been eating here every week since they opened four years ago ! Love the various noodle soups. Minced chicken and pickled cow pea pictured below. Only familiar with Cantonese style suburban Chinese for most of my life, Chili Panda and it's spicy Hunan cuisine was a joy to discover and one I'll continue to explore.
A must try for spicy food lovers. We had the spicy lamb , boiled chicken with chilli sauce and Stir fry pork belly with beancurd and chillies Given my spice tolerance is medium Macdonalds' Mcspicy and Neoguri instant noodles being a comfortable spice level, the chicken was the hotter than the other 2 dishes. The dishes were very flavourful. I really liked the bamboo shoots in the stir fry dish while the beancurd was quite bland. I definitely recommend bringing containers to take leftovers home since they have big portions and if you can't eat a lot of spicy food. It was a little disappointing to see a lot of items on the menu were not available. Hope that won't be the case next time. EDIT: The menu does have English language option!
We had various dish, even the ones assigned with one chili were quite spicy. Some of us couldn't eat the food. Chicken was cut in slices with bones, what is not really nice. The order paper has no single English word on it. Staff looked very annoyed. But beef and pork were delicious. Average $14.80. Was ok for one time, but not again.
Must try this restaurant if you’re spicy food lover. Workers are not native English speakers, u need patient when communicate. cause there’s no English in order iPad over all, recommend.
Our favourite place to have Yunan dishes. Big menu with both spicy and non spicy dishes. Attentive staffs, huge portion and fair prices. Would definitely go back!
As the name suggests, you're going to be eating a lot of chili. Just be mentally prepared for that going in. Service was not bad. But as soon as it's closing time, be ready to get out. They're not messing around waiting for you
We asked for mild stir fried pork with chili and fried egg, but we got 80% chilies 20% pork. We couldn’t eat it, because it was soooo spicy. The fried rice wasn’t tasty, even though it is one of the most easiest dishes to make. Friendly staff and BYO.
I enjoyed it so much! Had lunch with friend, 100% want to come back. Food was amazing!
