A lovely shady place to have lunch or morning tea. Very nice native plants. This rest area is a real credit to those who designed it, grew it and who maintain it. My suggestion for improvement is that the plant names have mostly been lost over the years. If a few more names could be put back identifying individual plant species, that would make the area even more interesting for locals and travellers. It could actually be a mini rainforest interpretation area.

Super shady & cool, lovely big trees, lush grass. Easy parking & side road 4 caravans. Not sure about loos though -haven't seen them/been to them

Great rural town, friendly people, good shopping (Woolies and Iga) great overnight free camping . Toilets close by, good water on tap. Ample parking.
