Nice old-school Cantonese BBQ joint near Maroubra Junction. Pretty good roast duck $18 for half - meaty with crispy, rendered skin. The soy chicken Maryland $6 was quite good too, could have been a little more juicy/tender.
Never had a problem here. Food is generously served, piping hot and flavourful - one of our go-to takeaway spots!! Their roast duck is beautiful!
We had dumpling soup, flat rice noodle fried with beef in black beans sauce and egg noodle fried with mixed meats and vegetables. The dumplings were nice and tasty but unfortunately the soup was just plain MSG soup served with vegetables. The soup was slightly salty The egg noodle was not fried crispy enough hence not aromatic but the sauce was tasty. The flat rice noodle dish was tasty and nice. Overall apart from the dumpling soup itself, it was a nice meal.
I think this place is good value. Reasonably priced, very quick service. Today the food wasn't the best Chinese meal I ever had, but I will go back to test it again. It was noisy, because of a large table of loud seniors. I recommend to try.Food: 3/5
We ordered there combinations hotpot with tofu, French beans with xo sauce with minced pork and a take away Roast duck. All the food was extremely salty. The servings of the food was huge but beside saltiness there isn't much taste. I went there due to good reviews extremely disappointed. Because we couldn't finished we took away the food but end up throwing in the bin cause it was just to salty to eat it.

Have been going to this place since it was in Picadilly Arcade. Have never had a bad meal EVER. Staff are still the same people. Awesome service. Highly recommend
Great BBQ duck at bargain price I’ve tried a number of things off the menu at this place and my favourite is the duck and rice noodle soup. Basically a chicken broth soup and an generous serving of roast duck would you add yourself. I’ve attached a photo of what my order looks like after I’ve added some mint. What you see is only $14 which is amazing value and I can assure you it is delicious. They source their ducks from Pepe’s ducks so you know they are premium quality. The decor isn’t overly fancy, but the food makes up for it. This looks like a family run operation with genuinely tasty food.
We came in to buy Char sui pork and asked to choose our pieces asked very nicely too we were met by a disgruntled, angry man who said we made too much work. He threw things around and showed us he wasn’t happy at all, he also had a runny nose. I told him and the lady there they’d be getting a review and that is NOT how you treat a customer! Very unkind man!
The best BBQ Pork, Duck, Chicken, Trotters. 1 of the best Asian BBQ Houses Eva. Plus soups and fresh well prepared Chinese Greens Vegetarian options: Plentiful supply of fresh and delicious vegetable dishes. Ask the staff They are happy to help you. Kid-friendliness: Fairly casual eatery. Bad behaviour by kids or adults not welcome. But kids will love the experience. Parking: Dinner time Parking is plentiful. Lunch time there is still plenty of parking, just not at the door Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely can get into the restaurant. Not sure they have a toilet with wheelchair access
