Considering that this is a paid entrance fee farm I think they could’ve did some improvements.nnStaffnI didn’t feel the staff was that friendly. I had some issues purchasing the tickets online as I am from overseas. The staff expected me to know someone from Australia and use the address. Wasn’t too pleased when in the end had to pay cash.nPerhaps they didn’t expect overseas tourist to visit.nnOnline PaymentnThere was no benefit from purchasing online, it’s not like you get a free foodie bag per person. I didn’t see the point of purchasing online.nnTractor Purchase TicketsnThey did share that if taking the tractor will need to pay. However I saw how big the farm is and how little animals there were, I didn’t feel I missed out on it. Probably wasn’t that worth it.nnAnimalsnFor the well being of the field animals, it’s lovely. Great space for them to run around and rest. I respect that. But if you’re unlucky, the animals maybe far away and don’t get to see them.nnDurationnI felt the duration was probably 1-2hrs and that’s more than enough.nnOverallnI felt for a paying farm, and I’ve been to a few others before. It wasn’t that worth it. Considering that it’s a paid farm, they could do with some improvement works. I wouldn’t return.
nFamily day out on the farm....nMy kids love this place.... A great family day with lots of animals to see, interact with, feed and fun activities to have.nnThe kids always look forward to coming back.nn#highlyrecomemded
The worst farm experience. Very poorly managed and the staffs not at all helpful. Avoid at all cost. Myuna farm is a 100 times better.nnEdit - I have a toddler who’s potty training, I was not more than 4 minutes late. There was no one even at the reception. I couldn’t even fit my stroller through the single door until the other door was opened.nnEvery single place I’ve been to gives you at least a 5 minute grace period.nnThere were only 2 people on the tractor ride, and I’m sure there wasn’t even anyone feeding the calf’s today. Staff were just lazy to provide the service I already paid for.nnWhen I asked for a refund I was bluntly refused.nnGiven your business proving services for families the least you can do is allow a grace period.nnOne star review stands.
This is a great place to enjoy farm life and to take the family to experience rural farm life, open to the public 7 days a week. Entry fees apply at Farm and concession and family tickets are available. Watch working dogs, milking and sheep shearing demonstrations in the all-weather show barn. Coffee was great. Open at 10 am till 3 pm
Amazingly quite fun for the kids in the chilly weather. We were late for our tractor ride due to unexpected congestions but they kindly allowed us to ride on later.nAble to purchase the feed at 5aud and was gone immediately at the ostrich’s.nThere were horse, ponies, donkey, goats, sheep, alpaca, lizard, cows, kangaroos, deers, pigs outside in the farm.nThey have a nursery too, which does not allow feeding, includes birds, parrots, mice, smaller animals like bunnies , Guinea pigs, chicks.nnThe milking session and sheepdog performance were quite informative too.nnDelicious food and coffee!!nnOverall enjoyable farm with the kids.
