First time customer, new area,  dealing with my dad, new resident in Buderim, who let all his pills & scripts run out !  Not his fault, we moved him from Estia mt Coolum nursing home with little assistancenSpecial mention to Ellie for being so helpful &  Emphatic.nThe gorgeous gal with perfect make up at front counter helped  me choose the perfect gifts for my 10 year old granddaughter.  All the staff are lovely. Thank you so much for helping me during this difficult transition

The older lady at the pharmacy is so incredibly rude and judgemental to a family member. I wouldn’t have believed it until I witnessed it a few weeks ago. Makes me want to not come here, yet all the younger staff are absolutely lovely. To this lady, if you are this judgemental, find another job.

All the staff are wonderful and treat me with courtesy and friendliness.  They know me by name and always greet me.  Very helpful.  Sometimes if it is busy, you may have a wait, but that's to be expected.  One of the best 'chemists' I have interacted with.

Very handy spot, nice range of products. I never have to wait long for scripts.

So much for price matching! This one will only match a price on a docket from another pharmacy. They don't match Chemist Warehouse which is 2km down the road. My meds are on average 60% cheaper at Chemists Warehouse and for the saving of $22.00 on my scripts, worth the drive down the hill.nTheir attitude was equally arrogant. Hardly caring.nAlways do your homework. Well worth it.
