Today I put a script in and was told the wait time would be 20 minutes and it ended up being 50 minutes, the staff also did not ask for my name or give me a buzzer. My medication was sitting on the counter for at least 20 minutes before a staff member asked for my name and picked it up. The same experience happened last week, awful service and ridiculous wait times! I urge the manager to seriously consider hiring more staff and retraining the current staff…this seems to be a common experience :/
If your looking to get a script filled avoid this place like the Plague. Yesterday was the worst experience I ever had at a Chemist. Handed my script over , got told 20 minute wait. No buzzer given, the most disorganised, poorly run place of all time. We waited 50 mins, I watched them search for scripts that had been dropped in hours before and were now lost, I watched as the frustration grew on EVERYBODIES faces. As more people came in n were told 20mins we watched. Then one of the staff decided it was time for a break, this left 1 person behind the counter. Everyone sighed in total disbelief as she walked off with her hand bag.....CHEMIST WAREHOUSE HOME ZONE IS A NO GO ZONE. I will never return here. But if you've got all day and enjoy watching a Circus be my guest.
Prescription counter is always a nightmare.nnSlower than slow, getting scripts is too slow.nnYesterday I forgot to tell them at drop off my scripts, I needed over the counter tablets - women spoke so rudely to me as she had to label these when collecting my prescription.nnStore is always a mess stock left in middle of aisles and place is filthy in general.nnWon't be back.
Must be one of the slowest places to get a prescription, have had multiple instances of slow service at different times of day over many months. I mean your job should be done by a vending machine, Just seems like BS it can take so long to slap a label on a packet and give it to you.
The lady who works at the prescription side one time she was rude. Second time she took prescription so waited over half an hour when I was advised by a pharmacist that they don’t have my medication. At the first place this lady’s job to check if they have stock or not. Really don’t like to come when she works.
