Minus one star for the security girl.nI’ve shopped here many times and most staff are friendly.nUnfortunately, the security staff today spoke in a very commanding way, without greeting or allowing time to respond.nClear instructions are fine, but basic courtesy would make a big difference.
Been to this Chemist Warehouse quite a few times. There’s a Taiwanese back counter staff member, Chloe, who speaks Mandarin, which makes things much easier for my mum. She’s always friendly, patient, and explains things clearly. Really appreciate the help.
I went to get some vitamins with my friends yesterday, but they were sold out. So I asked Bakali I hope I spelled his name right. He did his best to help us, He even climbed up the ladder to check the top shelf, looked at the back, and finally found the exact vitamin we wanted. I really appreciate how eager and helpful he was!
Today I visited chemist warehouse in Southport. I was served by Alana who assisted me with a return. I did not have a docket but she searched for my product and located it. Alana gave excellent service and turned a difficult situation around. Thank you Alana you gave 5 star service and chemist warehouse has an outstanding employee who they should be very proud of.
Awful experiences regularly with middle aged dark haired woman, she works in the prescriptions and her attitude and customer service is disgustingnTalks down to you, makes you feel stupid. Has been wrong on multiple occasions when I’m going to pick up my script which is kept on file, tells me I’m going to the wrong section, tells me I’m wrong in what’s occurring with my script that’s been on file here for close to 2 years.nShe has that awful attitude that she’s too good to work there, and makes shopping here unbearable.
