I have been going to the Shailer Park Chemist Warehouse since it has opened.nOne of the reason I have been a loyal regular customer over all these years, are the super friendly and very knowledgeable staff members. They always greet me with a smile, as if I am a friend. I’d like to specially mention 3 amazing ladies. Carmen, Terry and Annie! The 3 of them are a real asset to the store and one of the reason I keep on coming to this particular store. I always know I get my questions answered and they always find an alternative for me if a product is not available. I always leave the store with more knowledge! This kind of personal friendly service is very very rare and I like to shout out a big thank you to Carmen, Terry and Annie! You ladies are outstanding! I also have to go on a regular basis to the pharmacy desk and they too are all very friendly with no fail. Nothing is too much for the entire team at Chemist Warehouse Shailer Park.

I would sooner go to another chemist than go to this one.staff was very rude and left me standing there for about 4 minutes before I was served by a employee who treated me like I didn't matter. Maybe that person was having a bad day

No job big or small the team at chemist ware house will always serve you with a smile . . I’ve came in plenty of times distraught and they have always served me in a calm manner sorted my needs .

Carmen is a god. Worked hard to find the product I was after.nAppreciate it!
