I would like to personally thank Jamie Cheree and Laura! There were nappies on sale 2 for $50 but there was only one on the shelf. When I went to pay, Jamie told me about the promotion and when I said there was only one, Jamie checked stock levels and asked Laura to see if there were any up top. Laura came through with another bag of nappies very quickly and I was able to get the 2 for $50! Thank you so much Jamie Cheree and Laura!! You went above and beyond!
When i came into the store this lovely lady named kat helped me around the store she was very polite and well mannered for her age she looked around 17-20. This was around 5 ish and she also complimented me which made my sad day turn upside down, i left the store with a smile on my face.
Got a prescription for my medication which had 5 repeats. I thought they would save my repeats in their system so that I don't have to bring my prescription every time. The second time somehow I managed to get a digital or e prescription from the clinic and they gave me one of the repeats. Again they didn't save the repeat information in their system. Now third time this has happened, so am not going back to this place. The one on Bryants Road is much more friendlier.
Worst shop here today at 3.15pm, had a lady roll her eyes at me twice, once for asking to test a cologne, then again for asking to grab a different cologne out of a different cabinet. Sorry for asking you to your job brown haired 20 something year old.
if I could give less than one star I would . I’ve shopped at the shop since it first opened , but today was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered in customer service ever .nAnd actually against my consumer rights ,nThey had one cosmetic marked as one price got to the counter to find out it was more ,nAsked for them to do it at the advertise price where they refused . Took it on the chain to get an another cosmetic for an advertise price only to get to the counter and have a be more .nThe customer service was absolutely disgusting with the girl telling me it’s not her fault she doesn’t work in this department,nAnd not doing anything to help ,nI was told to have a nice day in a condescending manner when I said I won’t be back , this should have been a simple thing I had to do on my lunch break,nIt took over 20 mins just to walk out empty handed and extremely disappointednnWithout doubt the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
