If I could I would give this store zero star.nI have always been a loyal customer of Chemist Warehouse, supporting Chemist Warehouse for a long time and recommending all my friends to shop there.nnHowever, today at the Chemist Warehouse Hyperdome Shopping Centre, I encountered an unprecedentedly terrible attitude.nnAt first, I thought the unfriendly attitude during checkout was just my imagination. After all, I have never encountered such an issue in Australia, so I initially felt a bit confused.nnIt wasn't until the end, when I told her that I didn't need any bags as I had brought my own, that she started throwing the items I purchased into the basket very impatiently and forcefully.nnI was extremely shocked. I never expected something like this to happen, and I was completely stunned at the moment. I was only worried about whether my items might get damaged.nnI've never experienced such terrible service in Australia, especially in a store with such high ratings on Google Maps.nnI have the receipt I checked out on 16 Aug 2024 at 6:20 PM,nAt that time, there were no other customers checking out, so I believe it should be easy for you to identify this staff member.nPlease check on her and see if something happened that caused her to lose control of her emotions.nnI will never shop at this store again, and I hope this staff member's physical and mental health can be taken care of.
I have had the worst shopping experience today at this store. A security woman Indian looking with some kind of scarf on her head - note that the description is provided only for identification purposes asked me to show her my handbag just after I paid all my medicine at the counter. The request was so unexpected that I agreed to it. But after I left the shop I felt humiliated and targeted as I haven't seen her to check anyone else's handbags. I am a white woman with blond hair and definitely not a junkie looking, so I feel this request was racially motivated as I have never been asked to check my handbag at any Australian shop.
Just wanna thank the staff here! They were so helpful when the perfume I bought didn’t look right. Thank you 10/10 recommend going here
Click and collect here is terrible. Waited for ages just to pick up the order and the staff struggled to find it even with me pointing to it. Difficult to find parking to just 'run in and grab it' which is what the idea of click and collect is. Also the trolleys lock out beyond the carparks so I had to make several trips back and forth to my car. None of the staff offered to help even though I'm heavily pregnant. Anyways I won't use it from this store again.
I bought two Mozzigear Mosquito Repeller around 30 monutes ago. staff was kind but one of the product doesn’t work. i don’t want to go back there because it’s raining now and the traffic is getting worse. i doubt the battery. Fortunately i have the same kind of battery at home. so i tried to replace the battery cr-2032 3v. now it works. Orange colour one didn’t work in the photo i attached
