Today I went there to get the recalled productcancer council kids sunscreen recalled by TGA for replacement or refund, the stuff told me she couldn’t do it because I don’t have the receipt. But how many people would keep a receipt for a sunscreen expecting it to be recalled later? And she was very unhelpful. Just told me “NO, this is our return policy”. Even when i told her it’s not a return it’s a recalled product. She didn’t even look at the TGA website I showed her about the recall!

If I can give zero star I will give it. I went there to get my prescription medicine the lady on over there shivani was super rude with me. There was couple of people come after me she already give the prescription medicine to them even I was waiting there from 30 min and they come in 20 min after me I am 38 week pregnant going straight from the hospital to get the prescribed medicine and it was really hard for me to stand and wait she can clearly see but she still prefer to serve customers who came after me I being waiting over 35 min she still ignoring me than call my husband that am still waiting so he come and ask the lady to give our prescription back than she immediately handover the medicine to him within a second it’s clearly mean she already put the medicine in the basket but she still want me to wait which make me very sad specially being pregnant. Very poor customer service.

Cheap and easy to get my prescription but I’m giving it 3 stars because of the way the pharmacy manager or I’m assuming a manager speaks to his subordinate pharmacists & assistants. They were all quieter & younger women and he I was clearly a bit older and palpably on a power trip. If there wasn’t a massive queue behind me I’d have said something to him but the way he spoke to them was not acceptable and incredibly demeaning. I would never tolerate that kind of tone or rudeness from a boss- there is absolutely no reason for it. I hope he can get some training on how to be a respectful leader who cares for his employees and not a degrading, nasty one.

The range of products is nice, some of the toys are quite gimmicky. Good jelly beans.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I have been to this store twice and both experiences were extremely poor. Unfriendly, unhelpful, miserable staff. I will not return to this store for a third visit, that is for sure!
