To the blonde cashier and beaurepairs enthusiast; I did appreciate it when you approached to notify me that my tyre was flat. What I did not appreciate was then taking me to my car while in the middle of trying to fill my script to grill me on my lack of insurance and contacts to assist me. When I went back inside you began discussing my situation with another customer, expressing your disapproval that I was about to drive away to go get it fixed. I'm in my 20s living alone and receive no financial assistance. I have little money and no one to help me, despite the cynicism you expressed to that customer, as you assumed that I must have family I can call. Withhold your judgement and consider that not everyone has the same options that you do. I'd also recommend some professionalism in refraining from gossiping about customers to other customers, particularly when the subject of your gossip is standing a metre away waiting for their script.
Phamacist lady spoke to me very rude. From the biginning i was trying to be very polite and respect her. But she was continuously doing the same. She asked when doctor send prescription and while i was looking for it she asked the patient name. Cashier asked me to speak with phamacist for the cconsession, then i went back to the same rude lady again and she said she can't do anything as doctor has sent without consession. Then i came out to the car and she came to door in a while and asked me to come back for checking consession . Both occations started rude and then followed up. Then i told her "dont do anything extra, follow the usual way and give cossession if possible". She asked me to leave it finally, but i already had paid the full amount. This lady said she is only on weekends if anyone experience this please share. I contact chemist and see what their response on this. My understanding is chemist can apply consession. No need to put a note by the doctor. Because conssession is not just for prescribed medicine. It is also for other expenses of the holder. I often use that for parking when going to hospitals. I paid for two items one of them was $12 full price, usually i buy it for $6.
Terribly slow service, understaffed and store is too tight and small for all the waiting customers
Not accessible to wheelchairs and mobility aids The front door has stairs/no handrail and the side door which would be accessible is covered by product on the inside :/
Hopeless pharmacists, no customer service, kept me waiting for 40 minutes for something that could of been resolved in 5 min. Obviously they do not enjoy their work, which is reflected negatively on their customers
Worst chemist store. Crowded and no regard for safe distance of 1.5m. No space to walk. Utter confusion inside. Waited for 30 minutes for eyedrops and was told it's not even a prescription medicine. Did not say when I gave the prescription. Do not waste your time here.
The chemist Lakshmiiiiiii……. was rude and i went there to sign a declaration and she told me to wait there for 10 minutes. I wait there. She nearly refused to sign and told me to go to different chemist after 15 wait. So rude and zero in customer service.
This pharmacy seems under staffed, my partner and I tried on two different days for a stat dec signature and the pharmacist declined each time. Chemist warehouse not really a community pharmacy I guess, although in the end the lovely pharmacist at Geelong West Chemist Warehouse signed mine, and my partner went to Chemist Warehouse in Westfield with no issues. I don't expect to be put ahead of scripts that require filling, but didn't expect to be turned away either. Won't come back to this pharmacy will go Geelong West instead.
Rakesh from this store has done a great job by chasing up the emergency medicine from the supplier for my son. I have called many other chemist warehouse stores, but no where I got this kind of amazing service. Well-done team!
