Great to pick up your prescription.but the amount of other basic medicines and health foods are abundant.

The staff at the checkouts are brilliant but the pharmacy… trying to get your scripts filled is always a hassle. Every time I’ve been there without fail there has been issues.They seriously need more staff! I feel sorry for the pharmacists

we have always had an issue with this pharmacy, i called them first to check if they got the medication i need before i went there because of the distance and they said they have got it. but when i arrived they said oh we have to order them first because they don’t have them in store and the 2nd time i went there the service was extremely slow table was filthy , they told me to wait 20 mins but i had to wait for longer than 40 mins. thats ridiculous. i shouldve learnt my lesson. and yall should too!

I was very impressed with the customer service that was provided to me this morning.  After reading all the other reviews. I felt looked after especially when I had read all the other reviews.nI didnt get the opportunity to see the lady name tag. She was very friendly,  professional and she doubled checked my bag to make all of the items I had ordered for click and collect was all there. I normally go to Hope Street. Enjoyed my shopping experience this morning.

I came in today as a panicked customer 5 minute's before closing with a very large script order. Although rather miffed with my late request as they should be. She saw my distress and processed my scripts. I can't thank them enough. Excellent service.
