On three consecutive visits to fill scripts I have waited far too long. One occasion over an hour.nLast night was 30 minutes despite there only being one person ahead of me waiting.nWill not go back. I’d rather go to a small pharmacy that fills a script in 5 minutes and pay a few dollars more.nDo better Chemist warehouse.
I normally have good experiences at Chemist Warehouse in Cheltenham and Brighton, but unfortunately, my recent visit to Mentone was disappointing due to the service I received from Cheryl. She was dismissive when I asked for help, seemed impatient, and gave vague answers to my questions about a product. Customer service is a big part of why people return to a store, and this experience definitely made me feel unwelcome. I hope management addresses this and gets rid of her so others don’t feel the same way
pretty large pharmacy with a visibly good range of products - but when it comes to their main purpose to provide medicine, it’s below acceptable. long cue to leave prescription 3-4 people, even longer waiting to get it, no thanks. no brand names, only generics are available in many cases I guess pharmacists are understaffed if such situations happen often and that’s management issue. I switched to another branch some time ago with much better service, recently came again occasionally and nothing changed here.
What in the Ghetto! You come for a vaccination, they accuse you of stealing. This is by far the worst chemist warehouse in Australia I've attended too. The vaccination female nurse was lovely. But this place needs major restructure. Knock it down, rebuild, including new staff. There a law suit waiting to happen at this place. Head office should really be doing something about this store. Why would you live in such a nice area and go to such a ghetto store? I wouldn't.
Ordered a script at 5:00pm and still waiting at 6:50pm. This is not an unusual occurrence. I strongly agree with the other reviewer about this pharmacy after reading her and her partner’s experience with filling scripts for ADHD medication. We are always treated by the dark haired male pharmacist with utter disdain and suspicion when filling these prescriptions. The only staff member who is efficient and friendly is the tall male assistant. Most of the other staff are almost comically despondent, actively avoiding eye contact so they don’t have to help. Communicating between staff members and customers is abysmal. To makenmatters worse, security guards are sleazy and at the same time overly suspicious. Never again!
