Good service n great prices. Pharmacist most kindly dressed my badly cut finger when I arrived for Flu shot recently. That's the sort of person worthy of support - great company advocate.

I have never witnessed such consistent incompetence by staff members as I have when dealing with this pharmacy. It is highly likely that much of the lazy and unprofessional conduct is attributable to the doleful personalities of the pharmacists themselves. My single hope in writing this review is that it will rally us together as a community in boycotting this pitiable excuse for a pharmacy.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years & I have no idea why. The service is appalling. The staff except for two women Georgie & one other have ZERO customer service skills. The wait times to fill a prescription or to simply have a label put on a box of pills is astronomical and unacceptable. Social distancing is impossible when you have a cluttered store & 20 people all standing around waiting for their medication - all whilst the pharmacist on duty is having a laugh & a chat to the other staff members. I recently waited 35 minutes for one script to be filled I was told there was a 10 minute wait only to be told that medication was OUT OF STOCK!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I've since taken all my scripts home & have had my account closed. I've tried to purchase Nausetil/Stemetil multiple times for migraines & every time have been told I need a script, however I can buy this over the counter at every other pharmacy in Maryborough. My doctor accidentally gave me a script for a soluble type of medication I've only ever taken the non-soluble type for the last 15 years & when I asked if I could please have the standard tablet to swallow, I was told NO. But once again, I went down the road to a pharmacy in Adelaide Street & it was not a problem - they were able to give me my usual tablets. Switching to Costigans Good Price Pharmacy is the best thing I've ever done which is backed up by their 5 star rating. Ciao

took 7 scripts into Pharmacy on a Saturday afternoon because our reliable usual chemist was closed. Assistant checked all scripts and found they were current for at least another month. When I got home found that they had not filled out an important one, the first in the pile. So, another 60km drive to get the script filled the next day. One of the scripts they did fill was now missing. So, back again on the following Monday. No explanation or "sorry". So, now have to make another appointment with our Doctor to get another script. Boof heads! Give them a wide miss, no cheaper. Peter

Two of the service staff are great, but getting a script filled is a drama and been mucked around several times now, today my script on file for pain meds was misplaced, and its easter so my doc not open to get another script, will be going to another chemist, not good enough chemist warehouse.

Waste of time, very rude, went into detail as to what I needed as we going overseas for 6 weeks, so some I needed 2 of, discovered when I got home they had only dispensed 1 of each or none of some. Not worth the hassle as this is just the final straw after numerous problems including loosing scripts, basically telling me I'm a liar. I do know how the system works having worked in Pharmacies for over 20 years. I will not be in there again.

I have found that the staff are very helpful and friendly, I get my scripts done through the Warehouse app and leave my scripts there. I find it so much faster than waiting instore for it. So I'm very happy with the staff and everything. Thank you

We shopped at this store about a year ago and had a very bad experience with one of the rude staff. To day because they had some good specials, we tried this store again.  Most people in Maryborough are very nice, being a country town but the girl today was very officous and sarcastic. I don' t know where they find them. That is it now, we will not be treated this way again .

They look after their customers and the sms service they offer to help you keep up your medication so you don't run out is a great idea. More chemists should offer this service as it makes things faster for the customers and the chemist.
