Useless and dangerous. I ordered 5 e scripts for myself and 3 for my husband.nAfter 1 hour I got 6 for me and 2 for my husband.without consulting me the pharmacist converted mine to paper scripts and informed me we had not reached the safety net. When I added it up we had. So back I go, 3 people hovered around the computer, I had all the supporting documentation, I'm told yes I have reached the safety net. NEVER, NEVER will I return to this chemist. I waited an hour, only then to discover all these errors.
Useless. Bloody useless.nnIf you want to waste 45mins of your life for them to turn around and say they don’t stock the medications you need for your scripts after you asked them when you drop them off them 100% attend here.nnI mean if your lucky they may waste your whole day by having 5 staff members taking scripts from the 5 people waiting to submit scripts while ignoring the other 10 people lined up waiting to collect their scripts but again only of you are the lucky ones.nnChemist Warehouse DO BETTER! Employee better staff or train the better. You are a customer facing service that is 75% of the time not for a leisure visit but for the sick and vulnerable to gain access to medications and mild medical assistance. The whole store should be ashamed of themselves and they way they think they can treat people like I said DO BLOODY BETTER!
A great chemist with a variety of goods and staff. So helpful. Goods are priced nicely. They sell cosmetics, toiletries, vitamins, shakes, natural foods, prescription medications with a script, shoes, etc
Thank you to Makayler that served us today. This chemist is always busy! We asked for assistance from the front counter. Came in with a list of exactly what we wanted for my mum’s make up for an upcoming wedding. Makayler was kind, friendly & very helpful. We went through the list & she stepped us through the store to get the products we wanted. She is a credit to your store. Thank you for your exemplary customer service today Makayler - it was greatly appreciated.
Happy with service and no problem with getting our vaccines when required
